We visited this place first time today. We were welcomed with the smiles. Because of our kids we took our time to order and the owner was patiently waiting, he was explaining the whole menu properly. The food is halal here. Customer service is 10/10. Owner and the employee came to ask us twice if we need anything. The place has a good vibe. The toilet was cleanest. Alot of seating areas.Kids enjoyed the food especially cheese fries.

Such a great find!! The restaurant is in a great location and has plenty of parking. The inside is spacious with tons of seating options. They have a great variety on their menu and everything is made fresh. Our order came out quickly and everything was DELICIOUS! The employees are friendly and the manager/owner was gracious enough to come out to check on everyone. They also have this really amazing program on the table where if you snap a photo of your meal and scan it in, they will donate groceries to a local food bank. We will definitely be back!

We just tried The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill in Duluth (intersection of Satellite Blvd & Sugarloaf Pkwy) and it was outstanding! The restaurant is clean, neat, and bright, and the food is easily some of the best Mediterranean I’ve had recently.
What made it even more special was the owner, Ayub – he was everywhere: helping serve, cleaning, checking on tables, and genuinely connecting with every customer. He took time to ask how the food was and made conversation, which you don’t see much anymore.
Great food, great atmosphere, and an even better experience. Highly recommend!

My husband and I came in looking for a quality Mediterranean meal, which we got here! We got the 4 dip appetizer to give everything a try, which included baba ghanoush, tzatziki, hummus and feta dip and lots of warm soft pita. We each ordered chicken souvlaki and lamb souvlaki plates. One with rice and one with feta fries. With fear of missing out, we also ordered a side of the lemon potatoes! Each meal also came with fresh, crisp traditional Greek salad that complemented everything else. The meat was fresh, juicy and flavorful. It’s impossible to say what our favorite item was. Our server Irene was very kind and helpful. She even gave us a sample of the baklava dessert since we weren’t sure what we wanted to try. It was so tasty and you could get all the flavor and texture of the baklava in the ice cream. We also took Mom’s rice pudding and baklava to go to try when we get home! This is our new reliable Greek spot! 10/10

Waitress Irene is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind! Me and my boyfriend arrived on a Wednesday evening for the first time. We ordered lamb gyro, lemon chicken soup and greek salad. Pita bread is 10/10! we loved how fresh the food was service was amazing m. Definitely will be back!

We were able to attend the soft opening of The Great Greek. It was awesome. The food was fresh, the service was lovely, and we are thankful to have such a great addition to the Suwanee/Duluth Restaurant scene. We had the Chicken Breast Souvlaki Plate, and the Chicken Great Greek Gyro along with the Feta Fries. All of the dishes were great, and served so quickly. The chicken was tender, and tasty and the romaine tomatoes and onion on the Gyro were absolutely fresh and crunchy. The serving sizes of all the dishes were generous and prices quite reasonable in my opinion. The restaurant is bright, open and clean. I can’t wait for next spring when they will open the patio. One of the interesting aspects of this restaurant is that the chicken, and lamb are Halal. This may be the only of the franchises that carries the Halal meat. Finally, we enjoyed the food so much, we returned a couple of days later. This time we had the Avgolemono Soup, the Spanakopita, and the Dolmades. All were fresh, and yummy!

This location just opened up and I am impressed by how great the customer service was. The cashier was very kind and polite. The food was good. I got a gyro with grilled chicken, it looked very fresh and tasted fresh as well. I got a sample of the baklava, it wasn’t my favorite baklava I’ve ever had but it was still good. Over all I would definitely eat here again.

Oh my gosh hands down best Greek food we have found around Duluth! The food is delicious and the customer service is top notch! I feel like we ordered almost the entire menu. The staff is very friendly and attentive, even the owner was checking in on us and chatting with us! Best part is it is halal, so everyone can enjoy the amazing food. We will certainly be back! I sadly did not get pictures of everything before we dived in!
