I came through last night and ordered a classic chicken sandwich combo, PLAIN. When I got home I saw my sandwich was not plain and my fries were really old and stale and cold. I only live 5 minutes away. I understand that fast food gets busy, (they werent when i pulled up)but when an easy order like mine comes through, i do expect it to be done correctly. The drive thru lady rang it up correctly because I could see it on the screen at the speaker say “plain”, so the person making the sandwich didn’t read the screen apparently. And it is on both of them for the really stale fries that were obviously old. I wouldnt have minded to wait for fresh ones. There have been other times I have came through there and gotten the 10 PC nugget meal(which isnt cheap) and dont grt my sauce and the fries are old and nasty. You guys really need to do better.

To the lady at the Drive Thru window today at lunch, i think it was kind of rude how you still proceeded to aggressively hand my food through the after I told you honestly that I wouldn’t be able to take my food since I had no other form of payment cause my card was declining. I respectfully apologized and told you I wouldn’t be able to pay for it, while I understand it would’ve been a loss to the restaurant I was being a Good Samaritan and being honest not taking the food. You then proceeded to still hand it to me and told me to have a good day. Normally i don’t complain especially not in the case of free food but I didn’t want the food after I couldn’t pay for. I’m more or less disappointed because of the tone and aggression that came across because I had just come through on the lunch rush and was an inconvenience. Needless to say she made me feel really bad about the situation and I shouldn’t because I told her that if I couldn’t pay for it so I wouldn’t be taking it.

Wish I could give a negative on service. Quit coming here because of incorrect orders and completely rude service. Tried it again twice this week. Absolutely horrendous service. Rudest and most sarcastic service you’ll ever get. You won’t see me here again. Literally almost walked out.

Well after not getting food from the local Wendy’s, for several years because of animal hair being in my food and I decided to give it another try…what a huge mistake that was…I have red hair cooked into my sandwich….I will never go back to this location again. I wrote a review the last time and there wasn’t anything done about it at all. Why doesn’t the corporate office respond to any of the negative complaints…do you not care?? The red head(young white girl)is working on the line without a hat, visor or a hair net. WHY?? That is so nasty and disgusting and very disturbing to see after you get half way thru your sandwich. Last time it was animal hair in my food and of course nothing was ever done as always. WHY?? Then the manager Noah had the audacity to ask me to fill out paperwork to get my money back…didn’t ask me for any information when I was placing my food order tho, except for what I had ordered. I spent $24.02. I don’t understand why the kitchen staff isn’t required to wear hats, or hairnets, if their hair touches their shoulders it should be tucked into a hairnet or hat.Everyone else in the kitchen and restaurant had headwear on, from what I could see. After walking in to return the ‘hairburger’…I wouldn’t go back now if I had free food for life. The red head didn’t even look very clean nor professional. I will be seeking other help because something needs to be done about this wendys location, I don’t have these problems at any of the other wendys locations. Just this one. It’s a dayuum shame that it is still not worth going to and they still do nothing to improve the situation. My burger meat tasted horrible it was old and tough and black around the edges. I will make sure I let other know that you now serve ‘hairburgers’ compliments of Wendy’s in Radford.

My fries were soggy, cold, and not fresh. The burger was not warm. When I asked for a refund “manager,” Tellie said to me “Wendys do not give refunds, it’s a new policy.” I told her to call her manager so I could complain about this. She ACTED as if she wason hold, then talking to someone. She preceded to tell me that “her manager” said I could email her with my complaint. My COMPLAINT is do not take people’s money when KNOWING the food is NASTY!

I stopped here in the morning for coffee en route with running my vending route. The first thing I always do when going to any restaurant is to check out the cleanliness of the bathroom- it says a whole lot about any restaurant. Needless to say, the bathroom would have passed a Marine inspection. And needless to say, the professionalism and politeness of the workers here was top notch as well. Not to mention that the coffee was quite good, too.
To upper corporate management, please recognize the excellent quality of work that your employees Shawna, Brittany, and Brandy provide to your team. It’s only because of good folks like these who bring me in as your customer and cause me to write 5 star reviews like this.

Staff of 2025 does not listen. Chicken nuggets are not chicken sandwiches. They didn’t have any toys for the kids meals either. I wont come back here. Slow down people and pay attention, it wasnt even that busy.
