Quantity and quality is poor. Barely any sauce on wings. Called at 1737 to let them know that I did not receive an item I paid for (marinara sauce) and I was ensured it was on its way-2 hour laters nothing- for something simple. Disappointing. I arrived 20 minutes before they closed. I couldn’t order chicken wings because the fryers were off. So I ordered a pepperoni bacon and mushrooms pizza. The pizza I got looked like a pepperoni pizza that they added bacon and mushrooms to it.

My second experience here, we waited over 2 hours for a delivery that ended up being wrong. However, Crystal made sure to give me a credit for the meal due to the long wait and order mishap. We used them again this week and definitely worth the second chance. Food was exactly what we ordered, was prepared within a timely manner, and the manager and cashier that helped me with the credit not appearing on my online account, but in their system were both great! Absolutely worth the second chance.

I’ve been on this base for almost a decade now, crazy I know. I’ve been going to this Pizza Hutt for years now, both living off base and on. The store is in the best position it’s ever been in my experience when it comes to the service and food. The lady working tonight was super friendly and had the cutest interaction with my daughters. Give her a raise!
