Service is base level fastfood. The seasoned shrimp options are just powder they sprinkled a tiny bit of on top of regular shrimp, they’re also prone to getting orders wrong at this location. If you have a hankering for seasoned shrimp you’re better off purchasing regular shrimp and seasoning it yourself, you’ll get more flavor.

The food was old and fatty and hard to chew. Pretty gross. Was asked what was wrong and was told no to a refund or credit and was given a replacement of the same gross old food. 0/10 recommended don’t go here . Even royal farms chicken beats this any day

My husband and I were at location 6400 baltimore national pike. Around 4 o’clock. The manager was impatient and rude. The receipt says use within 30 days. She kept telling me 15 days. I told her it doesn’t say that on the receipt. She got irritated and passed me off to someone else. The second person was very nice. If the receipt only lasts 15 days put it in writing.

WELL I’M HISPANIC!! SO I RESPONDED SAYING I’M HISPANIC AND I’M ALLERGIC, SHUT UP!!
THESES PEOPLE AT ALL POPEYES ARE VERY VERY RUDE AND UNAPPRECIATING TO THE CUSTOMERS!! I ordered 3 chicken tenders, fries, and an apple pie. The chicken tenders were half done and undercooked, to the point that I couldn’t eat them at all. It was honestly disgusting and made me feel nauseous just seeing the inside of the chicken. This is a serious food safety issue. I also reached out to Popeyes by email to complain and my complaint was completely ignored. Very disappointed with both the food quality and customer service.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. We went through the drive through, and the speaker was very poor quality, so the employee didn’t hear my mom’s order. Moreover, they were out of many items, such as coleslaw and red beans and rice. After driving off, we realized that my meal was missing a biscuit, which is the whole point! While the food tasted decent, my mom soon experienced an allergic reaction to the fries (which has never happened before) and my stomach is currently bubbling. Will not be back.

Updated March 2024: chicken pieces specially thighs are getting so very small! The thighs are the same size as a wing! Imagine that… It’s just be coming from their small chicken supplier! Terrible… Definitely a terrible value! The taste is the chicken is still good but make sure you ask for large pieces.
Would be great if they didn’t close dining room so early at 9pm.
