First time to try. Not open on weekends so we thought they were closed. We had lunch, he had a pulled pork plate with corn on the cob and tater tots, which were cooked to a perfect crisp. I had pulled pork nachos, which are a fav but these had a twist. They came topped with the typical ingredients, pulled pork, queso, bbq sauce and jalapeños but then they all had, a first for me, baked beans. I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about it but I liked it! We split a hot fudge brownie sundae, which I thought meant it was going to have hot fudge sauce, but it meant it had a warmed fudge brownie with chocolate sauce. It came topped with whipped cream and cherry. We nearly liked the bowl clean.

Stopped in for bbq but they had no brisket, ribs, or sausage. I opted for a cheeseburger as did my wife. We were pleasantly surprised, the well seasoned grill imparted a great flavor and the burgers had a good crust. The tomatoes and onions were fresh and they were darn good! I don’t know how their bbq is, but I would definitely stop in for another cheeseburger.

Amazing BBQ! Pulled pork that melts in your mouth, baked beans that are better than my Ma’s and the best slaw I have ever had! I won’t mention the slice of Pecan Pie I had… wow! The staff were great! Very friendly and they treated us like we were invited into their home. The atmosphere was pretty awesome. A lot of regulars go to eat there, and the reasons for that are above. A friendly hometown BBQ place!

Ordered food. It was delicious! Customer service left a ton to be desired! Older short lady was nice but there was another lady behind her that was super rude. Stated if we wanted that we can come back and make it our selves. Super disrespectful and rude considering she was only asked if she sold something in a larger quantity because if so we wanted to put an order in. Woman has zero customer service and this isn’t first bad encounter with her. When she answers phone for to go order she is super rude and short and you can tell she hates her life and job.

We eat here all the time. Tonight we placed a to-go order at 6:20, we arrived at 6:44 to pick up our order. The employee in the lobby stopped what she was doing and locked the door in my face. I tried to express to her we have a to-go order already placed we are triing to pick up. No response, my wife had to get out and knock on the door for anyone to respond even though 4 employees were staring at us. I completely get wanting to go home and prepping the store to close but locking the door in a customers face 15 minutes before close is kind unprofessional.

Was disappointed that BBQ meat wasn’t offered. All BBQ sauce were in squeeze bottles. Pulled pork was melt in your mouth tender, but had no flavor. A must try is the frychos.

Up front: The food was honestly average. The service was fairly quick and they seemed nice. The restaurant itself was a bit dark and worn out. I wish the absolute best to whoever owns it though and I would like to keep supporting my local businesses! I sincerely hope that the owner(s) do not take any of this personally.
