THEY SWITCHED TO DOORDASH FOR DELIVERY I’ve used this location for a very long time and they always do a pretty good job with the food itself but the last two times the delivery has been absolutely dismal, this delivery I found out that is because they have switched to doordash for their delivery. I used to call deliveries in direct from the local pizza joints to avoid the extra fees and the hassle that comes along with delivery services but since they have now switched to a delivery service I will be changing my pizza choices. There’s like 10 pizza places in College Park.

Honestly gross. All I ordered was a pan pizza with 5 garlic sauces and requested light sauce on the pizza. My order was missing all of the sauces, it seemed like the pizza had extra sauce put on it, and the pizza slices were barely cut. Such a waste of money over instructions that should not be that hard to follow.

I accidentally scheduled an order for 12am instead of 12pm. Realized this at 12:15pm when they had not arrived yet. Called the store and the manager was very understanding and we got our pizzas in less than 30 minutes. Thank you!

Today manager was highly irresponsible nor accountable. I have been going for 20 years. This is the first bad review. I waited at the counter from 0653 PM to 0708 PM. I had old people in our home., waiting for food. He doesn’t care a bit. He’s not Papa Johns CEO who works honestly, ethically not this person ever. Please inform his upper management not fit for this job.

Tried the new stuffed crust pizza and although the cheese inside was good, our pizza was hardly cooked. Super light in color, the entire slice flopped over at the crust from being so mushy, and the slices weren’t even defined because there was just a heap of cheese on top. Taste was okay, presentation was seriously lacking

Guys. I’m not the “bad review Karen type”. But this pizza should’ve been re-made. If this is really the standard, then please just stop now. One or two lumps is acceptable. But this doesn’t qualify as a professionally made pizza. Because I could’ve made this on my own and saved $48 tonight. With inflation the way it is, eating out is already unaffordable. So, please do better.

Ordered a Large pizza for my cheat meal on my diet. Got extra sauce, 3 cheese, pepperoni, bacon, meatball and jalepeno. I am not joking when I say this might be the best pizza I’ve ever had. It was cooked perfect, the perfect amount of toppings, plenty of cheese and sauce. I really gotta give it to this Papa John’s, they went above and beyond. Highly recommend! (No, I’m not under the influence of Marijuana either lol.)
