We took about 10 years off from going to Subway, but we decided to stop in to this one after it was remodeled. The employees we had make our sandwiches were great and the food is very good and fresh. If you frequent this chain, I would highly recommend signing up for their rewards program. I definitely recommend this location.

Subs were amazing! We ordered online and the completely followed our directions! Where we asked for extra, we got it, where we asked for light, we got light. The subs were made exactly to our liking. We find this location to be very consistent and we appreciate that! Keep making those great, tasty subs!

Just got a salad from subway in town and it was the worse effort put into the salad ever. Cucumbers was not chopped at all and she did hand fills of green peppers cucumbers and banana peppers on the bottom and the lettuce on top didn’t mix or cut anything at all and left it like that. Never have I ever experienced that’s and I was terrible. This was after I half way mixed it myself.

My daughters went in yesterday for some subs and cookies. 1 lady made the subs while a second lady rang them out. Ariel, the lady ringing them out was very rude, tossed the cookies on the counter at my daughters and walked away without helping anyone else in line. I’ve never experienced this type of service at this location before, hopefully something is addressed so this employee doesn’t toss any more cookies at anyone!

The 2 girls working tonight did a fantastic job working together and handling the increasingly long line while still managing to be polite and ensure they get the orders right!! There was a line from one end of the store to the other the entire time I was there but they worked hard and the line flowed perfectly!I was near the back of the line when I came in and I was in there no longer than 20 minutes altogether (including wait time, the food preparation, toasting it, paying, and getting my drink). I wish I would have gotten their names to shout them out!!!

Very good sandwiches. This place gets busy during the lunch hour, as it’s the only place to get lunch in the town of White Cloud. But service is usually pretty quick and friendly.
