The place is nice and clean, the staff are polite and friendly, but they add way too much ice to the drinks, which not only makes it uncomfortably cold, but also makes the drink watery and tasteless. Plus just seems very stingy. Other than that the food is good.

I used the online feature and it said my order would be ready in 10-15 minutes and the team had my order ready for pickup within 7 minutes which was very convenient. The team at starbucks works well together and each have their own role which they executed well, Will be returning very soon.

Love this Starbucks store. The staff is really friendly and always have a smile on their faces. They’ve got the place all decorated for the holidays and even have a decent size Christmas tree where people can leave notes on ornaments for the staff. The kids seem to enjoy making them and it also keeps them busy while you wait for your drink.
I came in here on Thursday and they were having a happy hour special! I even bought one of their holiday cups which was very festive and you get a discount on your drink.
I got a regular latte that was just at a perfect temperature. I added a packet of Splenda and it was just perfect. I like how their condiment section has two sides so you’re not crowding the area while you’re fixing your drink.
I also got gift cards as gifts to our friends’ children and to thank our mailman and American Disposal guys for doing such a great job and for making them feel appreciated during the holiday season.

I asked for a small vanilla Frappuccinono no whip, and my order was made wrong twice, first it was a mocha Frappuccino, 2nd time is was a vanilla bean frozen drink, third time it was right and the person making my drink wrote “only you con” who am I conning ? I didn’t get a free drink out of this, at this point I should of, and they are the ones who got my drink wrong twice.

The staff is always friendly and have even politely listened to my ADHD fueled trauma dump as this location is just a few doors down from my veterinarian and my dog is having some serious health issues.
They all deserve raises just for dealing with people like me.
