The guy that took my order was rude to both me and my partner. Looked at me like an idiot for ordering a sub that I guess they stopped making, but I didn’t know that. Also they didn’t have flatbread, and he acted like I should know that. Then he proceeded to just have an attitude for the entire order. Not even just to me. A lady walked up to ask about her soda, and he was rude to her too. I had to reiterate what he said to her. My food also was just gross. The bread was stale, and nothing tasted good. Never coming to this location again.

I came in during a lunch last Thursday. There were about four people in front of me, and i noticed it started to pick up. And at the time, there was only one employee working, and he was preparing multiple sandwiches at once while also handling the checkout.
Throughout this entire period, I did not see him wash his hands. He kept the same gloves on while making food and then using the register. I also observed him touching different meats, including ham, steak, and chicken, with the same gloves then goes and touches the computer screen while still helping other customers.
I only saw him change his gloves once otherwise, he kept the same pair on the entire time. This raised serious concerns for regarding food safety and cross-contamination.

I stopped in for a Philly cheese steak and cheese for lunch a footlong and a soda and was able to keep it at about 20 bucks or under and enjoyed my experience with both Tanner and Tyler very pleasant friendly and service was great food looks wonderful and couldn’t have asked for anything more

Being a diabetic and not needing the extra carbs… I would so much prefer to have a salad over a submarine sandwich. It is frustrating that Subway doesn’t let me have the fixings that would make a sandwich, as a salad, without charging me so much more to NOT have the bread… weird concept, I say. Positive for the potato soup today, it was much better than the broccoli soup I’ve tried before.

Went in there for a sub for dinner. The guy with long hair in a ponytail through a fit come sighing. Threw the bread down on the paper. Had a bad attitude like he didn’t want to be at work . The line was messy. Not good customer service! Not only that but I asked for 2 chocolate chip cookies and 2 raspberry I didn’t get them at all it only said 2 on the receipt. The manager Everlee didn’t seem to care and said just come back in and didn’t make it right she was arguing with me so I argued back. They need better service!

Every time I use the app to order there are issues. Today I placed an order online for pickup. The one sub that I order for my granddaughter is always toasted. The girl working in there to shoved the sandwich back at me and held up a printout saying it’s not toasted. Another girl actually stepped in and made a new sandwich, toasted. The rudeness was uncalled for. No wonder the reviews are so low for this location
