If you’re looking for authentic, this is the spot. Not a local, where im from there is taco stand in every corner and all the types of meats. Arrived and saw their menu. They do not have soft or crunchy tacos. They have real tacos, sopes, gorditas, tortas, & quesabirria! Did not disappoint. When i come back i will definitely stop by again!

I travel the world with my job as a Airline employee therefore I am very particular about culinary experience. This is a rare gem in Denham Springs this Mexican food truck serves 5 star authentic Mexican food. You can taste the flavor in every bite .The food is savory , delicious, flavorful, and mouthwatering. It is some of the best authentic Mexican food that I have had in the US outside of Houston. I had the Chicken empanadas the crust was homemade , the meat was very flavorful great texture and taste . The food was so good I came back two days later and tried the Birria tacos they did not disappoint . You could taste every drop of seasoning the flavor was simply delicious. The salsa is homemade , the food is made with time and love you taste it in every bite . The customer service is 5 star as well the owner is extremely helpful, caring and attentive. The food is hot and fresh . It is worth the wait, but if you do not want to wait you can call ahead and place your order .

Yalllll!!!! DON’T SLEEP on this little taco truck!! I’m a Foodie & This is the best authentic Mexican food around!! The Nachos were a 20/10.. seriously would not just say that about any ole nachos, but they were packed full to the top & just all around Amazing!! Owners are so sweet!! They are starting to get word out so I would advise calling your order in advance, but regardless it’s worth the wait!!

This place exceeded my expectations. It’s hard to get good flavored real Mexican food around Baton Rouge in Louisiana. This place has great tasting Mexican food. My only regret is that I only ordered 3 tacos because I didn’t think they would taste so good.

The food is delicious. Best Mexican food hands downs. I rate them 8.5/10 only reason for the rating is because the nachos chips were very stale. This is a food truck. I can’t wait to go back. Barria tacos were so good. The consome was so comforting, hot in temperature, very flavorful.
