For most of my life I ordered my pizza from this place and they’ve given me no problems. I’ve been SO stressed and upset with college stuff this week, so tonight I ordered a pizza, and suddenly I get an email saying my delivery never made it! I was so sad, my eyes were watering when I was making a refund request on the app.
But then my dogs started barking, and there she was! She had no apron on, no hat, so I knew she wasn’t the one who had to deliver my pizza, but she did! I am FOREVER grateful to that woman for making my entire night! I wish I had enough money to tip her like she deserved. Thank you so much! If I ever see you again, I hope to pay you back!

I ordered a pizza through the app and picked it up at the drive thru window. It was a large NY style with bacon, mushrooms, and banana peppers. My pizza was perfect! Definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve had in years! Plus perfect service all around. Thanks guys!

My wife called in a medium one topping . Price was $14.90 with tax. When she hung up I asked her if she checked the website. She had not but when she did she saw special for one topping large for $7.99. We were on our way to pick up so I said I will just tell them we get there. Upon arrival I showed the counter person the special on the website and informed them of the difference. I explained to them that I would be glad to pay the $7.99 price for our medium size (seems fair)but she made a couple strokes on the computer and said she could not. I understand it’s a business but it would be nice if someone calls in a simple order for a medium pizza they could be informed that they could get a large at a lower price….

We had ordered through Door Dash and whoever packed up our order, forgot our soda. The delivery guy took the time to review our receipt and told us he’d be back. In the past, we’ve had so many issues with DD, this delivery guy was directly through Domino’s, he came back 20 minutes later with two, 2L Coca-cola’s! Thank you so much to the delivery man, we didn’t get your name, you made our night! I wish there was a way to adjust tips on door dash, he would have gotten an extra tip on top of it. The food was very hot, and delicious.

Customer beware. They double charge your credit card twice when calling in an other to be delivered. Not once, but twice this happened. No more ordering from them. They tell me it’s impossible, but bank statement proves it. Someone not honest there and it was a female that took both orders. Once in Jan. The other on Feb.The general manager is never there when they tell you to call back and speak to him.

Their website did NOT work, to order specialty pizza’s. Making it so I had to call. Which then I ordered 2 pizza’s & wanted a brownie at the coupon price of $5.99 which I could do on the website, because I’ve done it multiple times. The lady said she could not do that, the brownie would have to be at full price. So I agreed, because I had already told family I was getting it.
I went & picked it up. The store was clean, building well maintained & their was no wait to get my pizza’s. No body was wearing masks & no shield at check out, you can decide how you feel about that. But on 8/22/21, Florida’s Covid case numbers were high. The lady that checked me out & handed me my order was very polite.
Once we started eating the pizza it was not near as good as other Domino’s that I’ve had. The crust, hand tossed, was doughy. The flavor was lacking & the topping were not as plentiful. Then I opened the brownie box to see that there was only about 8 chocolate chip cookies instead of the traditional 9. Also the chocolate portion was a light brown, the Domino’s I usually use, thier’s is a darker, richer brown, making for a tastier brownie.

Let me start by saying everyone who I encountered (on phone and in person) besides the manager did a great job. They were very personable and helpful on the phone and in store. I had a large order I was late to pick up and the manager called me and was clearly irritated, I was kind and said I understood on the phone. I went to go pick up my pizzas and the lady at the register offered to help me bc it was such a large order and I had my 2 young children with me. The manager rudely told her not to help me and that he needed her there to help in store (literally took 2 minutes to walk out and put the pizzas in the trunk, but whatever). I told the girl don’t worry about it and a different employee helped me. The other employees were so helpful and kind but the manager definitely was not.

I ordered the garlic parmesan sauce with my pizza today 7/2 @1:48 , i called at 2:32pm so not even an hr later explaining that it was sour and unpleasant. It was my first time ordering for myself but i had tried it previously and it wasn’t that sour nor strong . They said they couldn’t do anything cause nothing was wrong on their part but i feel as if they could’ve remade it another type of pizza or at least try to make it better resolution. I said okay and accepted it but it’s not fair that i just my money on a nasty pizza that wasn’t properly handled or the sauce was just not good at all.

This establishment is ran by the best, every time I go here my order is done to my specific requests, always fast, and they offer a drive-thru pickup window to save money from delivery. The workers here are always slammed with customers yet always deliver good food on time. The pizza is also very good, and I’m Italian so that means something.
