I’ve been ordering from here for years now and I nust wanted to take the time to say how wonderful this place is!! Aside from being fast, especially with delivery, their pizza is ALWAYS absolutely perfect!! My most recent order, large round with extra cheese and bacon, was probably one of the best pizzas I ha e ever had!! Thank you to a restaurant that truly gets it right and obviously cares about the product that’s going out, and these days it’s hard to find businesses that actually go that extra step to care about the customers! You’ve earned a customer for life!

I ordered from this location earlier this week and picked it up. Nice location, clean, decored for the holidays, and my order was ready on time. Good service and some great pizza! The crust was very light and the sauce has a little spice to it—a nice change from the typical Youngstown variety. My wife and I split a meatball sub and it was also great, juicy meatballs, Italian bread toasted just right, and that sauce again. Yo… I’ll stop in again!

On 11/18/25 I ordered foof from there (pizza Joe’s) and they send this elderly woman to deliver my food usually they call and let me know my food have arrived at my job and I’ll go out and get it. Well on the date above my order was $26.50 and I had to check my voicemail because I was waiting for over 45 minutes for my pizza and noticed that the delivery lady called my phone blocked but I didn’t realize it because my phone doesn’t accept blocked numbers and she called blocked so it went to voicemail but after listening to the voicemail I ran out the warehouse to meet her and I gave the elderly woman $50 bill I was than told by her she doesn’t carry change and I would have to get store credit for my remaining change then she said why didn’t you tell us yo only had large bills to pay for food. I said I never had to explain the size of my bills before I was only ask was I paying cash or card she then got into her black SUV and pulled off with my money and receipt and this all caught on CCTV cameras at my job. I then called pizza Joe’s back to report this and they said to wait because they were going to send her back out with my change I explained to them that she was very rude and had not been professional at all. I still have not received my change and I’m not going to lie I usually order from them2-3 times a week but after today I’m not sure if I want to ever spend money with them again. I never got my change so if that old lady or the restaurant needed it that bad than I know that God will bless me for not losing control and marching down to the place and make demands on giving me what’s owed to me……. If you’re shopping with pizza Joe’s make sure you don’t give them any big bills to pay for food give them $1 bills and quarters and pennies.

I read some past reviews and can say that there are 2 sides to every story and usually the truth is somewhere in between. Having said all that I will say that this is not the first time I have gotten pizza from here. First time was very good, this time was fantastic! Order pizza Friday evening? Well, couldn’t get thru on phone, but online pick up order went through. Estimate was 40 minutes but wife went a few minutes early and pizza was just coming out of oven. She said the folks there were very busy but friendly and she got out in a minute. Ordered a large thin crust with mushrooms and pepperoni. Fantastic taste! The guys nailed it, perfect crust, sauce and toppings. Was saving 2 slices for lunch, but ended up being my breakfast. Will be back.

I got 2 meatball subs. They each had 3 meatballs and drowning in sauce. I pushed the meat alls together and wasn’t even half the length of bun. Ridiculous getting over like that.
