I went on Saturday act like 8pm I went up to the thing. The lady was just staring at me like no Hi hello what can I get for you? She was just staring so then I had to be like oh can I get this and then she didn’t even ask if I wanted to toasted she just started going for the next thing and then I was asking you to repeat what she said and she was like do you want the same thing all rude and she just made me feel like I wasn’t supposed to be ordering Subway I get it. It was about to close, but I asked if it was OK for me to order right now because I really wanted Subway just to be turned down because the lady had a attitude and didn’t want to serve me and then after she got done she like stomped walked off pretty much please if you don’t wanna work at Subway then don’t work at Subway queen because no one got time for your grumpy self

Very disappointing to pay this and have smallest amount of lunch meat. Was odd that they now have the meats covered while they make the sandwich witch I would’ve asked why the portion was so little before purchasing. Pretty sure they’re cutting the meets at location now and I wont be visiting this location again.

The subway inside Walmart is always my go to out of the few others in town for several reasons. Not only is the quality great so is the customer service from the ladies. Each time I visit this subway *Melissa and Crystal *give me the best customer experience. They’re always smiling and have a joyful attitude. I love talking to them. They are awesome people there’s also another young lady that deserves recognition too but I cannot remember her name. Thank you all at the subway inside Walmart for being so kind to me and my kiddos.

Walked in was barely even looking at the menu and was instantly asked what was I getting. Was attended fast. They no longer had the mexicali sub but the employee said she can re-do it instantly got to making our sandwiches with a great attitude. Unsure of her name but she had redish orange hair with multiple piercing very friendly attitude.

I have never had a problem with this Subway before tonight. I don’t know who the girl was that helped me, but she needs to learn how to do her job correctly. Not only when I told her to give me light on the mustard and mayonnaise, did she go and put extra of both on my sandwich. But she also, while finishing my father’s sandwich, stopped wrapping it up to answer a personal phone call and pointed at me and told me to hold on so she could talk to whoever had called her on her cell phone. She didn’t wash her hands or put clean gloves on while she finished my father’s sandwich, while still speaking to whoever had called her. This is unacceptable.

No complaints on the food but when I moved to Hobbs they started sending alot of coupons in the mail but the young lady at this store said that they were not allowed to accept them and didn’t really give a logical reason so I took it as discrimination. I will be going to the other subway that does accept them from now on and I usually eat at subway once a week.
