What an excellent restaurant in all respects! On our first visit, we had the most delicious Italian sub and calzone that we’ve ever enjoyed. The personable owners of this fantastic new restaurant went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel as if we were not just valued customers but old friends. We chose to sit outside on their spacious deck by the beautiful riverside. On our next visit, we’ll check out the dining room, which has been completely redecorated and, at first glance, appeared quite inviting. The servers were very friendly and very attentive to our needs and desires. When we find a gem of a restaurant like Fat Olives, we like to share our reviews . We will return here every time we visit Parsons. Everything on their extensive menu looks quite appealing.

Stopped here on a trip with family and we were all pleasantly surprised by Fat Olives. This place is a hidden gem! Staff was very friendly and personable, food was great and the restaurant itself was clean and cozy. Can’t ask for much more than that! The only critique from us was the lack of a sign out front; it was dark so perhaps we just didn’t see it, but if we were just passing by we would’ve (unfortunately) missed it. Other than that, great restaurant!

We were by the area and decided to stop by for dinner. We didn’t realize we had made it 15 min before closing time and they were so nice to still sit us down. Our waiter was amazing, the food tasted delicious and came out quick! Needless to say, loved this place!

I ordered water with lemon, I was told they were out of lemons. No wine or beer, just pop or water. The food was ok (antipasto salad $10). No dessert menu. I asked for coffee with cream/milk…nope, out of coffee creamer just sugar. Restroom was out of toilet paper and paper towels. Someone needs to do a grocery store trip? Outdoor was really nice along the river.

Visited from South Florida…EXCELLENT FOOD!!! The salads are awesome and cheesecake. The pizza was perfect and crust was cooked perfectly! We’ll definitely stop when driving through again.

They discriminate special needs people. Told a special needs person to NOT COME BACK because he accidentally made a mess on the deck outside. Mind the waitress had also spilt a drink on the deck, so it wasn’t just his mess. Horrible restaurant. I wish I could give 0 stars.
