Very good food & great service from Tee. The shrimp deviled eggs were absolutely perfect! So good!!! The cornbread muffin was the best I have ever tasted, no lie. Visited right upon opening. I needed a soul food fix and I got it from Blaze Bistro! I loved the vibes and nice R&B playing throughout the restaurant . My meal was thoroughly enjoyed. ️ I definitely recommend dining in and will be back for more tasty food! I have a nice leftover plate .

Husband found this spot on Instagram. When we first walked in we were greeted. Everyone was friendly, decor was pretty and booths were clean. They played some nice throwback RnB songs which was a plus for me.
As far as the food goes..the fried chicken was amazing. My husband ordered the lamb chops and even though he said they were small, the flavor was there.
Drinks were good and not watered down.
I didn’t give 5 stars because I wasn’t a big fan of the greens but I think that was because of preference. The owners came by and checked on the tables it really felt like auntie and uncle were checking on their family because they were so down to earth and you can tell they care about their establishment. So happy to see more and more places like this.

When I tell you that everything we ordered was a hit…I mean it. There was nothing on our plates that wasn’t good. The staff made us feel like we were family when we walked in the door. The Owner (Lolita) came from the kitchen to greet us and shared her story with us. She was such a doll and an inspiration. Professional and charming staff, clean restroom, clean establishment, vibrant and modern decor and pleasant music. We don’t live on this side of town but we will drive the distance to come back to this place.
What we ordered: Oxtails, Fried Chicken, Fried Fish. Gumbo Greens, Roasted Asparagus, Smothered Cabbage, Mac and Cheese, Red Beans and Rice, Shrimp Deviled Eggs and Collard Green Dip.

First time visiting staff was super nice, service was great. Overall the food was a 7/10 here’s my reason for the rating on the food-blackened salmon stuffed egg rolls was 10/10, fried chicken was excellent, cornbread muffins was good and sweet, now we didn’t like the Mac & cheese, red beans and rice or the cabbage don’t get me wrong it was seasoned and edible but we just didn’t prefer those three items. I will go back again because I went to early for happy hour so I will pair that with the salmon egg rolls and wings and all will be good.

Had the most amazing dinner with hubby at Blaze Bistro. The music was vibing, the restaurant was clean, and the customer service was outstanding. We had the sweetest waitress Fee. I had the oxtails and the meat was tender.The food wasn’t over salty, but seasoned just right. Our appetizer were the fried shrimp deviled eggs and I have no words, pure perfection! Hubby loved his fried chicken. Our date night was perfect and we will definitely be back. The owner was super sweet and we were full with leftovers. Show this business some love! Bravo chef.

Amazing spot for happy hour. I tried the collard greens dip, the shrimp deviled eggs, and the salmon egg rolls. All of it was soooo good had their blueberry lemon drop to top it off and it was amazing…. Will definitely be back

Food 5 stars: the food far exceeded my expectations. I got the oxtails with candy yams, macaroni and cheese and cornbread. Seriously delicious! Everything was great. I was surprised at how good this was.
Service 5 stars: I ordered my food to go, but the young lady at the bar who helped me was so welcoming and sweet. The chef and maybe owner came out to give her my food and was also very nice. I waited probably about 5-10 minutes for my order after placing it.
Atmosphere 5 stars: although I didn’t dine in, I did notice the place is very cute and warm. Also clean.
This is a little gem of a place in a strip center. I highly recommend!

I was so excited to try out this new soup food spot in Humble and it did NOT disappoint. I got the flight margarita with 3 different flavors and all three were in pony. The coconut pineapple was the best. I finished that with the oxtails, rice, sweet potatoes, and corn on the cob. The oxtails fell off the bone!! I also tasted the collards greens and babe let me tell you they beat out taste kitchen and bar!! Which is a HIGH bar to beat. The customer service was the best I’ve had in years with a lot of attention and consideration given to every detail. No more driving all the way to Houston for good soul food ya’ll. It took a minute Humble, but we’re finally here. You gotta come check this place out before the lines are down the street.
