Bluestone was a bit disappointing. Location is great with lots of parking and what seems to be a very open feel to the cafe. Very spacious. The tables, seats, and floor were filthy, and you will see why. The staff member was very kind, and that is where we saw things decline – not the staff member, but the lack of staff. We felt bad seeing ONE person manage about 6-7 tables at once, and ONE person as chef. So, as you can imagine, our coffee, pastry, and meal took a very long time. As in, almost 1 hour for a coffee, about an hour and thirty for our pastry, and almost 2 hours for the food. The coffee was good, but nothing out of this world, especially for the price. The pastry (croissant) was definitely delicious. Our wraps were very tasty and fresh, so we will take that as they know their stuff. Would I return? Not really. You cannot run a business with this amount of work on 2 employees and definitely not in such a busy area.

It was a full house, not one seat was available, so I figured it had to be good. I ordered the cookie crumble latte and the bacon, egg and cheese croissant with potato wedges…absolutely delicious!! Everything was prepared exactly the way I like it and tasted amazing. I didn’t mind the wait, it was very crowded, but the barista was very kind, patient, and working hard. Everyone seemed happy and satisfied, and so was I ☺️. Will gladly return again, excellent service and delicious food 10/10.

Shreya, along with Lilly, Colina, and Sasha, made the experience at Bluestone Lane Café in Princeton feel warm and genuinely attentive from start to finish. The Soft Chili Scramble with Avocado, Aussie Best is the standout, featuring fluffy eggs with a nice chili flake heat alongside a generous arugula salad, avocado, and seeds, while the Athlete’s Burrito was delicious and hearty with lentils. The potato wedges with BLATE and the lemon ricotta pancakes were both excellent, and the smooth coffee with a well made cappuccino rounded out a terrific meal.

Xcceria one of the workers there did such an amazing job taking our order and making sure we had everything we needed!!!

Love how there’s outdoor places to sit at and enjoy your meal.

Bluestone Lane has solidified itself as one of my favorite breakfast spots in the Princeton area. They serve high quality and healthy food that leaves you feeling full and satisfied! I ordered the soft chili scramble w/ Avocado and the Pumpkin spiced latte, both were incredible with great flavor! The staff were very friendly and welcoming the moment we walked in. My only complaint has to do with the prices, many of the items are overpriced. Our total was 60$ for two lattes and two of the soft chili scrambles (this includes tip). Overall, I would definitely return to try some of their other items as it was an excellent experience overall!

My partner and I had a lovely time on the multiple occasions we have visited Bluestone Lane. I personally love the customer service, food, atmosphere, and price.

We went in today and were immediately greeted and treated very nicely. They remembered us from our last visit and it really set the tone for the rest of our visit. I really made us feel special and I loved the service we were provided.

The food is consistently phenomenal. I have consistently ordered the Turkey Bacon Club sandwich and an espresso. The flavors of the sandwich all complemented each other and the portions sizes really make the meal a phenomenal value.

I particularly enjoy how the espresso has powered chocolate instead of cinnamon, to the point that I’m actually a bit upset that powdered chocolate isn’t the default for espresso in other American cafes. Having personally visited Australia, this is something they do very well and I am so happy to be able to experience it here in NJ.

I also had potato wedges which come with a side of sour cream and sweet chili sauce; an amazing flavor combination as the chili sauce isn’t spicy at all and I feel the need to let everyone know that they need to order the potato wedges.

Lastly I also ordered an almond croissant from their bakery and in my previous visit ordered a lamington. Both of which were so delicious. The croissant had a lovely filling that I need to know what it is because it complemented the almonds on the croissant so well; and the lamington was exactly how it tastes in Australia. If you have never visited Australia and tried one: please do yourself a service to do so.

10/10 would love to continue to visit.

Had a great first time experiencing there. Our waitress was great and the food was yummy. The fries were amazing…. it’s a side but honestly could easily feed 3-4 people. I also had toast and vegemite and the tomato soup. So good. My mom had lemon ricotta pancakes and they were very fluffy and light. The coffee was really good so we bought some to bring home. Will be going back.

I only took a picture of the vegemite and toast to show my cousin who lives in Australia but trust me… they all looked delicious.

We had an amazing brunch here on the New Year’s Day ! We came here after a hike and was pleasantly surprised. The menu is very nice with most of the general favorites but not overwhelming. I got the avocado chili oil and eggs toast. Kids got the blueberry pan a with side of scramble and Milo.it was a unique option , I must say and they really liked it. My husband got the pulled chicken sandwich with macchiato. Overall we had a good satisfying meal. The service was good but could be better as they made several Mistakes with the order. Some of the items were appropriately priced but some were over priced. A small cup of granola costed 6 bucks. Restaurant looked good over all.

This café offers a minimalist and serene atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee and a bite to eat.

The service here is truly outstanding–some of the friendliest and most welcoming staff I’ve come across in the area. Every coffee is beautifully presented, with mochas served alongside a little piece of chocolate and flat whites so perfectly crafted, you almost don’t want to take that first sip.

The food portions are generous, fresh, and delicious. While the prices are on the higher side, the combination of excellent service, a peaceful ambiance, and high-quality coffee and food makes it well worth it.

Highly recommend this spot!

The food is good. A little pricey for a cafe. We tried their special coffee and it’s nice. Service is a little slow.
