Excellent location and excellent service. The all-star special I got was perfect from the egg to the waffle. Our server was extremely nice and was able to accommodate everything we asked for. As always, waffle House or as my friends like to call it a WaHo never fails. It should be called a waffle home not a waffle house.

Matty is an excellent chef. He got my eggs perfect, the cheesesteak was amazingly delicious with the eggs. The blueberry waffle was the very best I have ever had.

I just went to the waffle house, my waiter was Ashley. I loved her energy, i liked that she wasnt to chirpy and loud but she spoke very soft lol. It was late so it was nice, it was very simple. No small talk lol. The environment was very chill

There was no management on duty and the place was a little backed up, so people were walking out and everyone including us were waiting a long time for them to take our order and then for the food. There was an old man that suggested that they should prioritize the dine in customers over the outgoing orders and the waitress immediately told him off and told him that he was not allowed to complain and that he can just leave. And that she was gonna take any of that.

Definitely deserves zero stars, but that was an option.My husband, daughter and I went for a mid day lunch. It wasn’t busy, but my daughter wanted to sit at the countertop, there was one other table and then someone at the low bar. Our server was a little blonde, Mariah or Michala. I did see her name tag, but I didn’t record it in my mind. The cook Immediately started talking about how he didn’t want to be there. He was burning bacon without the weights, and the “ purple haired lady”, as my husband referred to her coddled him and his hangover, as he so expressed because of the Florida Georgia game the night before over and over again, we immediately made our order with our server, but the purple hair lady continued to keep calling out orders even of people that weren’t in the restaurant, we left the building at 2:52 PM so I hope management definitely checks the cameras. We probably sat there for 20 minutes sitting and waiting and listening and watching the cook burn all the food. Finally, the one server calls out one more order no one else in the restaurant so maybe they were to go, but our initial server never tried to even call out our order. I looked at my husband and I said would you like to go somewhere else and he said yes let’s go. My daughter ordered an apple juice so we stood up. The purple haired lady asked if everything was OK and I said no we’re gonna leave because our order has not even been called yet after all this time, but we would like to pay for the apple juice. The three workers all had an attitude so we had to stand there very uncomfortably just trying to pay for an apple juice and as we’re walking out the door, the purple hair lady says very sarcastically. I hope you have a great day, again very sarcastically. I was already out this second Door and I said that was really rude and my husband stopped and said yes that was very rude, back to her. And we continue to leave. Granted, we didn’t do anything wrong. I did mention I said I also don’t want my bacon to look like that. The grill was too hot and It was literally white and black; white gristle and black bacon my 13-year-old daughter even mentioned as we walked out the door wow that guy really didn’t wanna be here today so we drove 3 miles up the road to the Waffle House on 220. We went in we ordered we ate and we left in 20 minutes and it was way worth it. I have never had the experience that I had today at a waffle house. And trust me I definitely know waffle House as a previous district manager. I definitely urge management to watch the videos of the time that we were there. It was very disgraceful, sad and definitely not an experience that anyone would want to watch at a waffle House and obviously just a learning experience for my 13-year-old daughter on how not to ever be. Thankful for the staff at the restaurant on 220 they were polite. The cook was great. My husband talked about how great his food was.

As always, Waffle House never disappoints. Food was hot and tasty. Our waiter was great. We never had to ask for anything. The place is clean. My only negative is that the prices have increased considerably, but that is everywhere nowadays.

As far as greasy diners go, WH is still king to me.
This locale is new and I found it attractive and to the point. As expected.
Food was reliably tasty and what one would expect if one has been to another WH.
Of note is that the coffee I was served was much better to me than other WH coffee I’ve had in the past. A bit more robust.

Service is below average. The ladies and gentlemen working look burned out. We watched a waitress grimace when she found out she had to wait on a table of six. Our waiter never smiled. We had to get my eggs redone because the first ones came out incorrect. When I asked for a diet to go I got a cup for what I hadn’t finished. Which after thirty minutes was mostly water down flavorless nothing. I think they just wanted to get us ‘in and out’. The food itself was good.
I miss the spark this place use to have. It use to be one of my favorite go to places. Now it’s just a place I’d rather pass on by.
