We visited on Valentine’s Day and had a great experience. It was definitely busy (as expected for the holiday), but servers did the best they could. They offered a set Valentine’s menu with a choice of prime rib or pork chops, which made ordering simple and efficient.
The food was very good — flavorful, well-prepared, and worth the wait. Despite how busy it was, the service was friendly and attentive. The staff handled the crowd well and kept things moving.

Walked in is a really great place seem like a good atmosphere, but that was about it. They had a buffet and it did not look very flavorful so we decided to order off the menu, but that was another mistake after an hour and 45 minute wait And watching the bartender at the time, go down and sit with her family, which I think she was the owner and watching the server struggle as much as she did And the people waiting to pay and she just continued to sit there like she was entitled was very sickening to me and I had enough and we got up and paid for our drinks and left probably would never go there again

J. Colte’s is awesome! Completely renovated space from the previous restaurant, but same great neighborhood feel. A big upgrade on the entire look, with booths (i love a cozy booth), massive arcade, and new menu! Loved the onion tangles and brussel sprouts. Definitely worth a weekday dinner visit, or try a long lunch on the weekends with plenty of time for games!

“Fiona waited on my family and me as soon as we walked in, and she was so friendly and genuine! The food took a little bit to come out, but she entered our order right in front of us, so we knew she was on top of it. 10/10 would definitely come back! We’re from out of town and don’t know much about the area, but this place was such a great find. The inside of the restaurant was super clean and had a really nice, welcoming vibe. If I were a local, I’d definitely be a regular here. I had the breaded tenderloin and it was delicious!”

Nice restaurant atmosphere, the food was good we had the burger, and tinderloin with side salads. House salad was good but the ceaser was soggy. Menues definitely need to be pulled and fix so they are all the same, when we went to order what we wanted but it was no longer an item even, though it was on 2 out of the 4 menus we had. But with a new place this is bound to happen as they find there groove. Our server was good she filled our drinks and grabbed us what we asked for. Only thing was she never got us our appetizer, she just said she put it in and then never returned after a very long wait we asked another server about it and she just told us the kitchen was closing up now so we wouldn’t be getting it now. Never the less it was a good night out we had a good dinner, played games with the kids, and ran into some friends from our little town. We will be back

Love this bar! Great food and ambiance! The arcade has all your old favorites and there is a little market offering produce and tasty snacks. A must if you are in la belle or traveling through.
