Five stars have been redeemed! They always get our order right, even the “special instructions”, which is missed 9 times out of 10 by other JM locations. Sometimes our subs are still sloppy but the consistency of good service has drastically improved since my initial review.

Really wanted to see them work through the ups and downs of opening up a new spot, training staff, etc before leaving a negative review, but we have been consistently disappointed with our orders. We live in town, so have gotten takeout plenty of times since they’ve opened, and I can only recall being happy with our order ONCE. Our subs have either been sloppy, soggy, wrong or lacking the amount of meat that should be on the subs. Love to see new businesses in Clinton, so I’m hoping the owner makes significant changes after all of the feedback given in these reviews. Otherwise, we’ll drive a little further for a sub worth our money.

I don’t get all the bad reviews. I’ve been to this location multiple times & had consistently great experiences. Our subs were exactly as ordered and ingredients are fresh. The staff work their butts off & are always friendly. We were there last night while a crazy “Karen” was berating the manager for an issue with her order the day before. He was so patient & kept his cool despite her invading his personal space multiple times. He gave her a full refund & she still would not stop yelling at him. Every customer in there felt for the guy. Service workers do not get enough credit.

I can almost see the sandwich, not enough mayo. No joke tho, there has to be literally 2 full cups of mayonnaise on here. The sheer quantity of mayo would make anyone question if this was some sort of prank.. because there’s just no way
However, after carefully shoveling through my mayonnaise, I found no camera – so instead I commend my sandwich maker’s generosity in providing me a second beverage. If you’ll excuse me, I gotta go get busy slurping up this mayo. If you’re wondering why they’re tapped out of mayo for the week, it’s on my sandwich.

This was the best Jersey Mikes experience of my life. Not to sound dramatic, but it’s true. Salah and Kai were so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. I seriously can’t thank them enough for literally making our night. Thank you again Salah and Kai!

I ordered for my family and got 4 subs which all of them were wrong and had disgusting condiment combinations just poured on them that i didn’t select and weren’t even apart of the sandwich. It’s like the workers were just playing around with my sandwich and put every condiment they saw on my sandwich. Not to mention I ordered online an hour in advanced and got to the place and still was told to wait another 10 minutes which turned into 30 minutes. The customer service is terrible too none of them had answers or a solution to give me, no refund or a remake of the order not even a simple sorry. Won’t ever order from Jersey Mikes again i’ll be sticking to SubWay after this experience.

Awful, I ordered 3 sandwiches from here and they added everything that I didn’t want on all of them. They even added Relish on my BLT. Who adds relish on a BLT? Called for a refund and it never happened so there goes $60 of food.

Only went once, VERY EXPENSIVE for what you get. A grinder, bag of chips, drink, and one cookie was just about $34.00. -You can go to Bistro down the road and get Rack of Lamb and an appetizer plus a drink with table service for that.
The food was fine, but completely outpriced for what it is relative to what else you can get at that price point.

Like other people say, I am consistently disappointed in their orders and customer service. I went in tonight on my lunch break. They took the person in front of me’s order and left me standing there while they proceeded to make a ton of other orders. I asked if they could at least take my order since it would have to be made on the grill and would take some time. Employee proceeded to tell me I should’ve ordered ahead on the app, lol. In my experience the app is just as slow.
