Very disappointed in the lack of friendliness of the staff. Prices are higher here than the average Tropical Smoothie. On top of both of those situations, a hair was found in my food. Do not waste your time coming to this location. Avoid it!

Be careful with the lunatic working here during the night shift. We came to pick up an order and when we arrived it wasn’t ready, he yelled at us saying it wasn’t ready “that nothing is ready”, then he went inside and start making noises, like “cooking”, out of the sudden he disappears, another gentleman and I started calling him and nobody responded. It was such a weird situation. We left. Ew!!

Today my son and I came in to the restaurant to eat and were immediately greeted by David. There team was extremely busy with a very big Door dash order but that didn’t stop David from going above and beyond with his amazing customer service and hard work. This has to be the worst and slowest service in all of the world. Even when you order ahead and it still late. Staff are very unprofessional and do not understand time management. Leads me to believe FIFO are not being upheld. Shouldn’t be this way because I reside close by but I would go out of my way not to put another dollar into this store. Shut it down.

Disappointed: this is not what I’d call a “health-conscious” cafe. Just look at the ingredients and some of the portion sizes! Other than that, the interior was uninviting, the location uninspiring, and the music to loud. On a positive side, the staff was super-sweet.
Not a great place to have a breakfast (and: no coffee!).

My first time ever having a disappointing lunch at any Tropical Smoothie across the nation.
I ordered a smoothie and a chicken/cheese quesadilla on Thursday June 3rd around noon.
The smoothie dried out and was near impossible to drink half way through.
The quesadilla had 4 slices, 2 of which had no chicken and just a tiny bit of cheese inside, so basically just bread.
Very sad lunch. I will not go back to this Tropical Smoothie ever again, which sucks because my office is nearby. Maybe it was just my luck, not sure who was working during this shift ♀️
