We had such a great experience at Gutian Fried Skewers! We ordered the non-spicy beef and tofu skewers, and they were delicious—fresh, perfectly cooked, and just right for our family.
The chicken was especially eye-catching and beautifully presented. It came out golden and crispy, and the kids absolutely loved it! You can tell it was made with care.

The skewers were delicious and full of flavor! The beef was tender and nicely spiced, sprinkled with sesame for extra aroma. The tofu skewers were crispy outside and soft inside, perfectly seasoned. I also loved the enoki mushrooms — crunchy, savory, and addictive. Everything was grilled just right, not too oily but still juicy. The wooden tray presentation made it look clean and inviting. That said, the service was good, the staff were friendly, and made us feel very welcome. I love skewers but haven’t been able to find any quick spots in Seattle, so was excited to have stumbled onto this place!
The chicken cutlet was crispy and delicious, although the chicken skin wasn’t very crunchy at all. Definitely not the best skewers I’ve had, but it was solid and nice for a quick meal. I’ll be returning to try other skewers! Service was friendly, although it was pretty busy so took longer than we expected for our two skewers.
