Definitely felt transported to another place when I walked in. There was only an employee sitting at the bar. The service was okay but I rated them a 1 because they knowingly sold me terrible food. ALL of the rice I received was old and crusty. I ordered an eel roll that tasted very old (I eat eel multiple times a week, it shouldn’t be fishy) and they only put a teaspoon of the eel into the roll. The tuna in the tiger eye roll had a terrible texture and the sweet mango rice was literally a rice ball which I never had it that way before (Ive had better from frozen) and mediocre mango.. The octopus nigiri was very rubbery.. I spent $34 and it was my first visit and was very disappointed. I won’t be back.

If you are looking for a casual and yummy Asian dinner, Hai’s is a great place to go. They have a huge menu so you’ll have lots of options to choose from. A great place to go if you’re a person who likes to try a lot of different kinds of things. I got the Shrimp Teriyaki dinner and I was very impressed by the amount of shrimp that I was given. The sushi roll I got was also very yummy. The sushi comes with a small cucumber salad and the teriyaki dinner comes with your choice of a soup or salad. The restaurant is a part of a complex with a lot of other things so there’s a huge parking lot right out front which makes parking really easy. A huge benefit in Nashville

This is an excellent Asian spot! Taste was on point. The whole menu looks amazing! One of the best catch all Asian spots in Nashville. They have all the staples from noodles & rice dishes to sushi. Looking forward to coming back to try more of their menu. The steam dumplings were awesome!

I have been going here for several years. I generally go for lunch and get the pho and spring rolls and sometimes throw in some sushi. Everything is always very good. I like to sit at the counter but there is a cozy dining room where I have sat with friends for dinner. I have had the calamari and salads as well. These are also very good. This is definitely a “go-to” spot for me and I am very glad it is in my neighborhood.

Yum yum sauce taste like pure mayo and it was $1 more. Pretty disappointed…not worth it. Ginger salad was good. As much work as put into the ginger dressing needs to be put into the yum yum sauce.

I liked that there were affordable vegetarian options. The sushi tasted good, but overall it was very mid. Another review said they spent over $70 for just edible food, and I heavily agree. The Thai dishes were the driest and undercooked noodles I’ve ever had from a restaurant. There were a decent number of people dining in there, but I can see why none of my Asian friends ever recommended this place to me. (I drove by and tried it for the first time.)

This place is not nearly as busy as it should be for how good it is. The pho is amazing with a rich broth! I also have a shellfish allergy and have never had a problem with cross contamination here. Everything is clean and made well. The atmosphere is great for lunch and dinner.

Really like this place, mostly come here for the Pho but the sushi is awesome too! Service and staff are always super friendly, not to crowded and no real wait. The pho is really why I come here and it’s awesome, broth is tasty, portion is large and you can add toppings as you want. Prices are good! Feels authentic and not a hype place. Just go and eat! Sorry for the half eaten photos 🙂
