Disgusting food!! I got the roman burger with extra meat and they didn’t even add extra meat . The worker said they used bigger burger which was a lie and over all the food was gross ..hands down the nastiest Mr heros

Samir Wallia and staff are always consistent with their food service. Each Mr Hero may be independently owned and operated, so sometimes you may not get the very best. However, at this Northfield Road Bedford location, I have not had a bad experience. Some of the new sandwiches, I may not like, but overall the food is consistent and tasty.

After waiting over 25 minutes for my food I have to say it was the worst experience from this Mr Hero. The sandwiches were cold and the french fries seem to come right out of the refrigerator not the fryer.

One of the best Mr. Hero’s I’ve been to. Always fresh and consistent, friendly staff and it’s pretty quick service. Dining space is small but always clean.
Other locations I have been to sometimes have an old grease taste to the burgers and fries and this place has never had that. Waffle fries always have had a fresh oil taste and same for the burgers.

Stopped there about 12:45 pm today (April 6, 2018). The ladies working there were extremely friendly and prepared my food FAST! I ordered 4 Hot Buttered Cheesesteak sandwiches and they were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious! An added plus was that the inside was very clean. I will DEFINITELY go back to this particular Mr. Hero!!!

My order was not picked up from door dash. My food sat there for nearly 40 minutes. I tried to get a refund from them, but they refused. Had to get Doordash involved, my order was suppose to be REMADE! When my food finally arrived, My sandwiches were heat lamp warm, they were awful. I will never order from this location again.

TLDR-they attempted to reheat old fried mushrooms but didn’t reheat them long enough to even warm them, then would only replace them if we drove back immediately.
Our local Mr Hero has always been average, so we always returned. This last time we received ice cold fried mushrooms for our take out order; found out once we got home. Called to request a replacement for that item at a later date. Put on hold and heard last telling someone (owner or manager) that we were not happy with our mushrooms bc they were “not fresh”. She came back and said we can come back up and they will give us new ones, which was ok, but we were not packing the kids up (preschooler and baby) and driving 20 min round-trip for some $3 mushrooms. They would only replace them if we came right then. My wife told me she watched the lady put our mushrooms in the frier and take them out less-than 5 seconds later. Mr Hero is good, but not returning to this location. If they don’t want to bother with properly compensating customers for their own error, them they must not care enough to keep those customers.
