The food is always fresh but the last 3 times I’ve ordered from here, pick up or delivery, they didn’t make the sandwiches correctly. My daughter has a dairy allergy and every time they either put cheese on her sandwich or they make it on the Italian cheese bread. Tonight, 2 of the 3 sandwiches ordered were made wrong. Wrong ingredients, wrong bread. I checked the order twice before ordering and again after we picked up. Definitely go in and order directly or choose another location.

If you’re on the south side go with the court st subway instead. I wouldn’t bother posting, but this is the 3rd time they completely missed part of my order, the dressing for a salad and the additional topping for a wrap. This time I had it delivered but still had to go to the store to collect the missing item. Wasn’t offered a refund or any compensation for the inconvenience.

Ordered a tuna footlong and there’s barely any on there! It’s mostly bread and lettuce, very disappointing and won’t be ordering from there again. If I could give zero stars I would but sadly I can’t so you’re getting one star.

Honestly I DoorDash Subway A LOT and they almost always stuff my sub FULL which I LOVE. It’s a chill place inside, the door chime is a bit loud but pickup is easy and the people are nice.

I went there two days in a row with my boyfriend through the drive through and both days they got our orders wrong. They did not put any vegetables on the first day and the second day they put the wrong vegetables on. When we went in the second day asking them to remake our correct sandwich the old guy was rude about it.

Just drive on by and go somewhere else. Long wait. Not fresh. When I went in there there was only three people in front of me and there were two people working behind the counter. Doesn’t seem that busy but the two employees were acting like it was the most hectic day in the world and it took forever. Not worth the wait to have a sandwich with stale bread and stale ingredients.

Subway can vary quite a bit from location to location, but this one must be managed very well. Staff is always friendly and professional, and sandwich artists work quickly and accurately. The building is also very nice and always clean. One of my regular places if I go out to eat on lunch break. Definitely the best Subway in Janesville area.
The food is usually kept pretty fresh, nothing extraordinary, but what you’d expect from Subway. Healthier options than most places.

Was good but the bad sandwich artist here put the sandwich together in a weird way that when you bite into it all the stuff would fall out, didn’t think this was possible, it was because she put all meat cheese in the center of cut instead on side of bread so the sandwich ripped apart thus the ingredients all fell out. was a little annoying but luckily I was home and able to wash hands tasted liked usual just super messy, feel sorry for anyone that was eating in car. That would make me mad if I did that in car.

Poor customer service bc I came back 3 minutes before closing…. Due to paying for a tuna melt then going all the way home only to realize they melted 2 of my 3 sandwiches & so I rushed back before they closed. The door was locked at 955pm… 5 minutes before closing.
After knocking on the glass & showing recipet through the window someone finally came to the door. They refused to melt my sandwich that I brought back so I could eat my dinner.
I then requested a refund…. Due to paying for something they wouldn’t bother to correct their own mistake. They eventually come back with my refund & then proceed to scold me…. Telling me “if they mess up an order… I need to call location first…. Then call corporate if no one answers”
….. I’ve never been not allowed to come back with my incorrect order & receive my correct order AT ANY FOOD RESTAURANT.
Your manager/supervisor was rude & even though I ordered @935p.

As always overpriced for what you get but good food and good service. Good service 99.9% of the time but the dude with the dreadlocks should look like he likes his job instead of hating it. And keep his hair back more so it’s not in his face and touching his hat while making subs. Drive-thru barely ever works.
