First sushi burrito experience! Ordered the spicy tuna and really enjoyed it. The cashier was very friendly. Came with spicy mayo and eel sauce on the side instead of on top. Also was pleasantly surprised to find a Hi-chew in my box! Very filling. I liked the variety of fillings to choose from on the menu.

So happy I ate here twice on vacation. Inside the food hall. Pickup with average time (5-10 minutes). Fresh ingredients. Yes you order on the screens but I still was greeted by employees and totally content with my service. Food was awesome. Fresh ingredients and fish. I’d say slightly elevated prices but the quality was there. Highly recommend.

Ordered the bulgogi burrito and a shrimp tempura roll for my son and it was delicious! My 3 year old son devoured the entire roll. The bulgogi burrito was super fresh and full of flavor. Would highly recommend and would come back again! Thank you! Would have added pictures if it wasn’t eaten so quickly.

Worst customer service ever! I love the food, it has always been really good, but no wonder no one is working on the register. I ordered two sushi burritos and as usual, you do have the option to choose a sauce because I order two of the same did not gave me the option to add two sauces to my order. As I was picking up the order, I asked someone from the kitchen if I could get the other sauce for the other burrito, she completely ignore me and just walk away saying that that was not what it says on the ticket. Lost a customer!

The sushi burritos here are amazing. We had The Works and the Bulgogi Burrito, both were really really good. $20 is expensive for The Works but it is really filling. The Windmill Food Hall is also a very lively place that has music, a bar, and many other restaurants. Really good!

Ordered a salmon bowl not realizing that the salmon is actually raw. We needed it to be cooked for the kid. The guy at the counter was very nice and took it back to ad hoc cook the salmon for me. Very nice and understanding. Thank you.

There’s no one at the counter to help you so you better know how to order on a screen. I ordered spicy edamame. It was dry and I paid $8 for maybe a cup of edamame. So disappointing.

Love the sushi burrito, so refreshing on a hot sunny summery day! One downfall is it can get messy eating it because the rice is not packed tightly and tends to fall out, otherwise, the spicy tuna burrito that I got tastes very good!
