I’m writing this review with a serious pit in my stomach. I was excited to try a burger from Arby’s; it looked amazing when I got it. But that excitement quickly turned to disgust and concern. One bite in, and I knew something was terribly wrong – the burger was RAW. Not just a little undercooked, but completely raw in the middle. I had to cut it open to confirm, and the entire patty was pink and uncooked. This is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety hazard. I went back to the restaurant to complain, and the response was even more disturbing. They insisted the burger was “cooked” because they use a timer. Apparently, multiple customers had already complained about the same issue, and even the staff and manager were concerned! They offered me other menu items, but I refused. The fact that they were aware of the problem and still serving these burgers is appalling. I won’t be going back to Arby’s anytime soon, and I definitely won’t be ordering anything from them again. This experience was enough to turn me off completely. Avoid this place at all costs!

The drink machine is so nasty. All of the drinks tasted like mildew. And the sweet tea was the only decent drink and that was also so nasty. Such a bad lunch I had with no good drink. The floors was so sticky I was sticking to the floor.

This is the worst customer service i have ever had. I came through with a coupon, i didnt tell her i had one at the speaker and she very rudely let me know that i needed to tell them at the speaker, i then give her my card and she tells me its extra for a lemonade and nicely asked why, then the lady in the back said ‘girls got an attitude’ the lady that was taking my card said yes she has an attitude. i then get my food and drive off and see they didnt even give me all my fries. no wonder why these girls still work fast food..

I wanted to order 4 buffalo sliders, a large fry and a mozz stick.
I waited 18 mins in the drive through for 1 slider?(guess they didnt here me say 4), cold fries and semi decent mozz sticks.

First off clean facility with nice employees. Ordered the Meat Mountain for the first time. It’s the one with all the meats. $10 and worth the experience and taste great to me; it’s like a single sandwich buffet.

Happy Halloween! Woohoo the store is decked out with decorations. And there’s candy for treats? Tyler greeted me right away ready to take my order …nice. I felt welcome I was doing Door dash deliveries ( say that 3xfast ) and there was a problem with the order…we resolved it super quick with customer& stor, and I was still on my way in a reasonable time. Pop in grab a bite…you’ll be convinced that Arby’s is doing it right!
