I just wanna say that the subway on Pierce Street is the best in Rockingham County. I got two subs Sunday cold cut and when I tell you, they were so delicious. I just wanna thank Memorie the manager at the Eden store for making my sandwiches so good they are delicious. I’m telling you if you want a good sub check out the subway store on Pierce St., In Eden. You will not be disappointed.

If you don’t like them, better buy somewhere else!
It’s because from time to time I do doordash, yes I do, but in my car, AND I DON’T OWE MY CAR TO ANYONE, AND I AM MY OWN BOSS,
although there are people who do not know honesty BECAUSE I DO DOORDASH WHEN I NEED IT! And he IS MONEY HONORED!
These women who work there think that they are going to ask them, it seems that they do not know, that for each customer’s purchase, the salary they are paid comes out! Only of the 3 there is only one that is friendlier. The other two are terrible at customer service! They have to take the bread to the car and they spend 30 minutes and one wasting gas in their car and in the end of desperation I ended up going in to get the order and saying that they didn’t have it and the order was cold in their bureau. MY GOD!
People come and leave and I’m there like stupid and they just took my bread, if they don’t want to serve, they should look for another job, I think.
Ah! and they gave me the bread, yes very well wrapped, yes of course, but when I took it out of the packaging it was exaggeratedly with all the guts out, OMG

This location always gives the best service in a timely fashion. I eat there at least twice a week and could not be any happier with the service and food I always get from Memorie, Jasmine, Sami & Terrell!

So this is a meatball sub from Subway on Pierce St on Jan 31, 22. Not only did they just stand there and look at my wife without asking if they could help her, they told her our online order was behind her. After she had been standing there for 10 minutes. The incompetence was astounding.

i went into store on 6/5 at 8:30pm and experience great customer service from Elijah and Samara. Also manager MEMORIE was great on 8/14 . she is a great manager.
i cam again on 11/11 experience manager MEMORIE . This manager is so courteous and helpful.. She is very professional and make sure i am satisfied every time i come in. I love this location, the atmosphere feels like family.

Big shout out to Tania and Zack for the great experience! We arrived at closing time today at 8:54pm. Not only were they friendly but totally professional as they fixed our order. We don’t remember any other place we’ve ever been at, that was so nice and welcoming at closing time. Thank you so much and we hope the very best for you two and Subway.

I usually like all subways and they usually do a great job but my last experience was not great. I ordered a spicy Italian on Italian herbs and cheese bread with let.tom.pickles.and honey mustard. With a cookie and drink. Ordered it all on the app. When I came in one of associates kept making annoyed noises everytime someone would walk in instead of greeting them. My sandwich was completely wrong. The only thing that was right was the pepperonis, salami, and cheese which is what a spicy Italian is. My bread was wrong, they put globs of mayo and onions on it. I do not eat mayo or onions. So I had to take everything off except the pepperonis and cheese and salami. It was a messy sandwich. Also, when I first come in there was a gentleman in front of me who was told his order was canceled because they were out of meatballs and he couldn’t get anyone to help him understand what his options were. He was pretty much ignored. I was told they were out of the cookie I wanted but i could see them in the display box but I just asked for a different kind. The man behind me was told they were out of the kind of cookie I just got. I had to grab my own cup and ask what size come with the purchase. All together it was not a great experience. Very unprofessional and sloppy. Nothing against subways. I love subways usually but the service was not great and my food was completely wrong. I still love subway but the service could be better at this particular store.

The employees were in the back on there phones. The meat and vegetable bars were nasty nothing had been cleaned. The vegetables were mixed together and the dining room was nasty food on the floor and tables. I do not recommend eating here at this time. The managers need to do some training. It might be a good idea to band the use of phones while employees are supposed to be working. NASTY NASTY!!!!!!!!!!
