My sister and I did the Omakase, all of the items were good our favorites were the tostada, and the black card. They were so yummy. I got one of their smoothie drinks because I don’t drink. My sister ordered a yellow drink which we both were not fond of.

The event was supposed to have started at 6:30, but they weren’t ready so we were kind of waiting in the doorway until we got seated. There was an option to go to the bar, but it didn’t make sense seeing as I wasn’t drinking alcohol that night, other than that, the chefs and the hostess with the Omakase were great, amazing, wonderful, our hostess, Heaven, was that girl.

I will come back to try the food served in the restaurant. I hear that food is good too.

Another excellent restaurant in Pilsen! The tuna tostada probably won best dish, but the octopus Sonoran dog won most interesting bite and something you won’t find anywhere else. Our kids loved the plantain tacos so much that we got two orders of them and they ate them all before I would even have one! It is a bit pricy as the sizes are small, but I would say that all of the food was worth it.

Last night my fiancé and I went to dinner before a show in Thalia Hall and had an amazing experience. We sat at the bar because seating was fully booked before the show and didn’t have to wait for bar seating. We decided to order a bunch of small dishes to try a bunch of items and it was a great decision. We had 5 different dishes and left very happy. I also had the signature Michalada topped with a fresh oyster and it was fantastic! All of the food was extremely fresh and you could tell the food was made with love. We definitely will be back.

The one thing I would recommend is putting some type of heating blower just outside of the main front door to prevent blasts of cold air coming in everytime guests are entering and exiting the restaurant. The tables closest to the front door were wearing jackets during dinner service and I heard a couple say how their food was getting cold rather quickly.

Loved the experience at Mariscos. Everything we had was delicious and the service was great. Drinks were top notch too (I had a few margaritas). The only thing I’d skip is the truffle churro. That was a really strange way to end the meal. The flan and kiwi lime pie were much better. The beef short rib was a delight but my absolute fave was the snapper ceviche and tuna tostada.

My new favorite restaurant. My server Javi (sp?) was welcoming and accommodating to my needs. I was alone and she made me feel seen and checked in on me frequently. All staff from the lovely host, to the service assistant, to the black gentleman (didn’t catch his name) who delivered my food from the back of house, were superb. The tuna Tostada was the best I’ve ever eaten. I also ate the Jerk Sablefish and It was so darn good. I wanted to lick the bowl, but chose not to make a scene

Some of the best tasting and most creative seafood dishes in the city. There are a few staples like the Octopus Sonoran dog that I get nearly every time, but the frequent seasonal specials make each visit exciting and interesting. Their waitstaff always makes us feel welcomed and remembered as regulars too.

Chef Antonio and Chef Oliver are incredible! I had an amazing time at the culinary care cook-off 2025 at this restaurant. It was so much fun and I met such great people! I think this place is a hidden gem in Pilsen. The aesthetics were amazing, and the bar setup was top notch! The drinks were perfectly balanced, with a great mix of taste and alcohol . I highly recommend this place for a great food and experience.

I went with some girlfriends and we just ordered a bunch of dishes and we all ate everything. I can’t wait to go back. Not one morsel went uneaten and everything was outstanding. Spend your money here! You won’t regret it.

This is absolutely the best place to come for flavorful, complex, mouth-watering Mexican seafood in Pilsen. I loved everything I ate and drank for dinner with some friends on a Friday night. We made a reservation, but it wasn’t too busy early in the evening.

Menu standouts were the shrimp gobernador tacos (cheesy, crispy, flavorful), grilled shrimp (zesty, well-seasoned), and the whole fish served with fresh tortillas. Service was super friendly and the cocktails were great too!
