So this was my first time ever at a manhattan bagel establishment. This location is the closet to my house. I had a coupon for a free bagel with cream cheese. First walking in not greeted , woman who took my order was extremely nasty. I ordered my bagel and because I ordered an onion bagel and asked for cream cheese with chive if extra I would pay for the CREAM CHEESE. She then made the bagel and said 4.00 I’m not paying 4.00 for cream cheese. So then she has her coworker remake bagel with regular cream cheese and the whole time I’m watching this ignorant lady make the bagel . To be a prick she takes half of the cream cheese container and puts it in the bagel. Enough cream cheese for five bagels. Needless to say first and last time trying them out. They need to invest in better employees who are so rude. Wasted a container of cheese for what ♀️

I live in the neighborhood so I come here often. The staff is always friendly and welcoming! And while I miss my genuine NY bagels, which these are not, I still think it’s a great place to nosh. Big Props to the busy and friendly staff!!

Gross food prep area. Chopped up the chicken for my chelsea chicken, subbed green peppers for red, then tried to convince me that it has always been that way on the menu when i asked why they were doing it that way. Just gross, pushy and rude. Save yourself the headache.

The employees are always patient and kind. They are so sweet with my kids. Bagels are soft and yummy and cream cheeses have good flavor. I like that they call me if something from my online order is out of stock. Great place!

So basically I went during the week with my friends. They had an excellent staff team. The lady on the cashier was so friendly and so nice. She was extremely welcoming despite me and my friends being high schoolers. She also had a daughter in high school so she made good small talk and made us comfortable enough to stay there and eat. The other people were good too! The food was absolutely scrumptious. Positive vibes. I got the Everything Bagel with Veggie Cream Cheese and a croissant. My friends got a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel along with drinks! Loved those too BTW! We are waiting for another early dismissal to go there and eat! Thanks Manhattan! Highly recommended for everyone (positive vibes with good food).
