If you want to pay high prices for a not filled all the way drink…this is your store!! With all the new coffee shops in town, I stopped going to this Starbucks. I get my drinks missing a good 1.5″ to 2″ every singletime. I have made several complaints to their customer service line, and not one time have I gotten a call from management. Did I complain in the store, you ask? No, no, I didn’t. If you ever worked in the food business, people can get vindictive.

The shop was modern, a new configuration and look for Starbucks. Baristas were helpful and my order arrived quickly. Nice outdoor seating under a big shaded canopy.

Love Starbucks but the employees really need to step up their game on drink times. The past several times I’ve gone it’s been over 25+ minutes for a coffee in the drive thru or inside.

Back again for another pickup. STILL terrible. They just don’t seem to care at all. Other people around are annoyed to. I’m moving atmosphere from 2 to 1 because of the grumbles and complaints of others.

Just opened today! Really, really friendly staff, very happy to be working, and really helpful. Nice big space, small and big tables good for group meetings. Porch is also pleasant and non smoking (bonus). Has all the typical menu items you’d expect, and otherwise exactly like every other well maintained Starbucks. Also, ALL of the tables inside have either wall plugs, USB outlets, or both. 10/10.

Visited this Starbucks on our way to the beach. I was surprised how good the customer service was, Lisa took our order and was awesome! The 5 stars is all for her. The drinks were good and cold! We had the cold brew and the pumpkin spice latte along with some food. The bacon gouda sandwich is always a good quick option!
