Bush River Road Location: walked in around 5:00 pm to place a to go order. No paying customers at the establishment. I get panhandled by a lady walking in the door. There’s another homeless guy occupying the booth petitioned off by the drink machines which is not in view of the service counter. Then while waiting, another homeless lady walks in and asks to use the restroom. She was carrying 3 luggage bags and she never came back out. Later, the guy that was sitting at the table gets up, puts about 4 layers of clothing on and then takes his 16 oz empty water bottle over to the lemonade dispenser and fills his bottle up without paying while packing up to leave.
My to go order was $35 dollars and the food was great. However, the restaurant is trashy and not a safe place to take your wife and kids. This establishment should be more concerned with attracting paying customers than by running potential customers away. Clean it up! Quit allowing people off the street to camp out inside, offering public restrooms, topping off personal water bottles and granting free WiFi!

We were able to dine in quiet comfort, and the food was delicious. I prefer the beef bowl to the teriyaki chicken bowl – it has more flavor. Servings were bigger than we could tackle at one sitting which was perfect for takeaways for later. I’d eat here again.

What I ordered vs what I got. This rice wasn’t even cooked all the way through and had no veggies…. Usually the fried rice is amazing. But here is the best part, leave all the reviews you want, they don’t care. Also usually the white sauce is refrigerated but it was not. So if I get sick tomorrow from this I will be reporting y’all.

I was kind of hesitant about going due to the mixed reviews but seems like you have to try things for yourself. Got the shrimp , rice , broccoli & fruit (kids meal ) and it tasted pretty good. I can’t complain. I’ll give it a 8/10.

I recently got food from here. Food this time was good , hot & tasty. But like a few reviews I’ve read stated it used to be better At times it’s a hit and miss if food for that day will be good or not. I would like to give it a five ,but it just depends on the day . I will say the one on Bush River is much better that the one in Harbinson

My coworker ordered lunch for us today. I ordered gyoza. It is deep fried to the point it is too hard to eat and soaked in oil, and did not come with the sauce. She called the restaurant and a staff member called her a liar, stated that is how it is supposed to look and was extremely rude. He told her there wasn’t a manager in the store and told her they will not be fixing it. I order gyoza from different places including other Tokyo Grills. This is not what gyoza is supposed to look like at all. Very disappointed and now have no lunch.

I got stake and shrimp entre tonight. Very disappointed. Old shrimp that is to hard to eat. Steak to old and very chewy. I go here all the time but tonight was the worst. Got home expecting to eat good. Guess not tonight.
