I’ve been to this new restaurant twice since they opened and highly recommend it. The staff are friendly and the food is so good. It’s casual enough for a quick bite or takeout, but also nice to relax on the outdoor patio with ocean views. On my first visit, I ordered the shrimp plate, and it was excellent, perfectly seasoned shrimp served with rice and grilled vegetables made for a perfect healthy meal. The portion size was generous. If you’re looking for something extra special, be sure to try any dish made with their house-made tortillas. They’re so fresh, soft, and delicious, and truly a can’t-miss highlight of the menu.

Beautiful, elevated fast casual spot with clearly high-quality ingredients and a polished feel. The burger was a standout—smoky smash patties with bacon jam and melted cheese, packed with flavor. I did wish it had some fresh elements like lettuce or tomato to balance it out. My wife’s fish tacos, however, had a surprisingly small portion of fish for the price. Overall, the food is tasty and well made, but the value feels a bit off. I’d come back to try other dishes, though the pricing gives me pause.

Attention to everyone in Del Mar, we finally have a seed oil free restaurant pumping out amazing high quality food. We got the Sonoroa Fire Bowl with steak and you notice the difference in the meat immediately as they own their own cattle down in Sonora, Mexico. For beer lovers, they have the infamous Pliny The Elder (rated #1 for ipas for years). I am so excited for this place to absolutely crush it. The venue is awesome, it’s located right on the strip of Camino Del Mar. The staff is so courteous and friendly, everyone was helpful with recommendations. Having the grocery store next door is such a gigantic plus as we never had something on the strip for replenishing the pantry back home. If anyone gets confused, this is attached to Valley Farms Market!

Insanely good food. Easily some of the best Mexican food I’ve had outside of Mexico. Even the tortilla chips are top notch. And Pliny on tap! Are you kidding me? My only concern is this place will blow up and get very busy. Enjoy it while you can!

This place absolutely delivers. The Turf & Surf tallow fries were a hit to share with the table! The chimichurri shrimp tacos were incredibly fresh—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and fresh, with the softest freshly made tortillas. Pair that with an excellent selection of beers and wine on tap. What really sets it apart, though, is the atmosphere: warm, welcoming, and relaxed, the kind of place where you want to linger for another round and enjoy the moment. A fantastic spot for great food, great drinks, and even better ocean views.

High Marea is exactly what Del Mar has been waiting for. We had the chicken tacos, and they were incredibly fresh—made even better by the homemade tortillas, which took them to another level. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite.

Finally a restaurant recognizing the need for Organic Unenriched Flour! Thank you! I’ve eaten here a few times. Everything is delicious and flavorful. The steak taco is supreme! The flavor layering is unmatched and the service was excellent. Even the Caesar Salad was elevated. Will be a repeat customer, highly recommend.

Just discovered this downstairs for my Salon they’ve been there three weeks. Had I known that I would’ve been eating there every week.. It was the best fishbowl and grilled vegetables I’ve ever had combination wise and I can’t wait to try everything on the menu. Honestly, the atmosphere is very welcoming and the music with country doesn’t get better than that.! Five star views of Del Mar aren’t bad either on their outside patio!!

My friends took me here for my birthday and I could not be happier. The food and service was top notch.
We had the shrimp skewers, guacamole, and the purple mashed potatoes. All of it was 10 out of 10. The manager Chris went above and beyond…we will back!
