2. When she comes back and I politely ask for more fire sauce, she shakes her head at me, dramatically throws the sauce in the bag, turns away, yells to the manager “he wanted more sauce.” I tell her she doesn’t need to shake her head at me or be rude. She turns the other way and ignores me. Please make sure she’s fired or something. She is literally the worst food service worker I’ve had the displeasure of having to be served by in my entire life.
3. The food is consistently under portioned. I paid $14 for 3 items. Why does my grilled cheese steak burrito have 4 small pieces of steak in the entire thing? How come out of the 5 total times I have come here, I have never once received a Mexican pizza that was sliced into pieces? Why was my veggie burrito basically a rolled up tortilla that was 10% stuffed and 90% air? Why is this the 3rd time this night urchin gave me an inadequate amount of sauce ($14 order as a reminder…) and I had to waste time waiting for her to come back and be rude? Because they are cheap, rude, and love wasting customers’ time and money.
4. You cost too much and give too little to customers to be so consistently rude and incompetent. This is probably the reason that Taco Bell is inevitably going to swirl down the drain as a brand altogether. I know this isn’t the only waste of time and money pit that is run by incompetent owners and management, but branded by you, @Taco Bell. I know theyre not reading but I deserve to have fun with this. I know I’m talking to air, but it’s still fun… 🙂
5. @Taco Bell, retrain this staff or please get them as far away from my neighborhood as humanly possible. We deserve SO MUCH better than this trash. They’re a taint stain on your brand, but I’m 100% positive that they aren’t the only one. There are actual Mexican restaurants that give you real food at the same price and don’t treat their customers who keep them employed like they are a burden. @Taco Bell, do you want fast food workers to be respected more? Do your part to make sure your owners are competent, and then make sure to do your part to make sure they are hiring and training workers who actually deserve respect. Respect given is respect earned, and this worker and franchise has mountains to climb before they ever earn mine.
I then left because I didn’t want to eat anything some workers with such lack of customer service and manners. I won’t be coming back and they better be happy I was in a rush.
What I really loved about this place was the staff and their attentiveness to cleanliness. Over the period of my stay, I noticed that the cashier, who took our order, was walking around and checking the restaurant tables. He cleaned every table thoroughly, not with a rag in quick circle motion like you see most fast-food associates do. He cleaned the chairs, checked the condiment tables and refilled them, and later saw him and the manager clean every tray with a fresh sanitary wipe for each tray.
They seem to be clean, from what I saw with no rush traffic in there, and looks like they take pride in it. I wouldn’t be surprised if they had an inspection and passed with flying colors.
