We had dinner and breakfast at Walkers and we were extremely happy with the service and the food! Gabby and Grade were amazing, funny and a joy to talk to and the bartender and chef whipped up amazing drinks and dishes. Although we didn’t eat of the NYE menu, what we did have, (the salmon) was one of the best we have had! Kudos to Walker and The Delta for hosting great events with such a fine staff!

CJ was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing—super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The whole staff was great and attentive. Everyone was welcoming and the service was top-notch from start to finish.

They’ve got a new menu and everything we tried was seriously delicious. The Wedding Crasher cocktail was a favorite—so good! The pasta primavera, walleye, and seafood gnocchi were all packed with flavor and cooked perfectly – even the table bread was amazing. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Went there for a nice dinner on new year’s eve. Was not busy at all. Food wasn’t what I thought it would be for the prices. Food was just OK. Ive definitely had better meals from other restaurants. Atmosphere was good and views looking out the windows was nice. Service was fairly quick. I personally would pass on this place, there are many other places within walking distance of Walkers.

I would have given three stars but we were served a bad lobster tail and still got charged $27 after my husband and I BOTH had to taste a bad tail and almost feel sick.

Other than that, atmosphere was great and service from our waiter was great. They do simpler foods better than the fancier things on the menu. Our son’s kid steak and fries tasted better than all of our food.

Our mussels were overcooked and therefore dry, and the broth they came in lacked flavor but was acceptable. The ribeye steak we had was SUPER salty, we already addressed that FOUL lobster tail, and the pork dish was great flavor, but overcooked and a little dry as a result.

Oh, and the DRINKS! One was great (a peach drink), but the green drink we got tasted like a processed hot mess!

Overall we spent $225 here and got the quality of a $75 meal at MOST. Our waiter and the atmosphere were great for us and our two littles, but the food was REALLY a letdown.

I feel so bad I didn’t leave a review this summer. We went to this restaurant and had, THE BEST service, food, drinks and time. Our server was Bayroni! She was great, we had a party of 10 and got right in.

Oh my. We ate so much, but ended up bringing home half our entrees anyway (they traveled 5 hours in a cooler and were yummy dinner again!). Service was great, on a Saturday night too- prom and grads were apparently partying elsewhere because we only saw 3 other tables in 2 hours.
Anyway it was great, nice menu (tough choices), and decent wine list too.
I’m sure traffic will pick up during summer- avoid much of the colosseum hype tho and go enjoy their recessed lounge with firepits!

Our waitress was great and very nice. She made sure to check on us often. Unfortunately the food was not worth the price. The restaurant was almost empty and music very low which seemed a bit awkward. It’s a great looking place and I think has lots of potential. Would definitely go back for drinks and appetizers only but wouldn’t recommend food. If they just made some changes could be great. Wait staff was great and very welcoming.

We’ve come to the hotel for work once a year. This place ranges from mediocre to terrible. My fiancé has never had a steak cooked properly (tried twice ‍♀️). Management doesn’t seem to care and the menu is never the same. Although the space is nice it lacks attention. There are plenty of other local spots downtown we’ve grown to love!

Updated 12/11/23 Walkers has changed the menu and while it is still decent, it lost a star in terms of the creativity the menu had. I know there is a new head chef and they are converting to morenof a steakhouse. Again, not bad, but less interesting.

I come to Muskegon about every other week and have stayed at the Delta many times. I ate at the restaurant a couple times in 2022 and would have given it 2 stars. I decided to give it another try 2 weeks ago and have to compliment the chef for recreating the menu. 2 meals in a row that were fantastic. Had the salmon last time and the wagyu burger this time. Well designed and executed. Maybe prices are a few bucks higher than going to outside restaurant, but worth the convenience.
Waitress was wonderful too!

Lovely atmosphere and great food.
Steak risotto with mushrooms was a full meal. Horseradish mashed potatoes are the perfect side. Asparagus was perfectly cooked and enough for two.
