If you’re emo or alternative, DO NOT go here. If you have a septum piercing, DO NOT go here. My 15-year-old daughter went alternative last year, and ever since, the staff has laughed at her, mocked her in their own language, and treated us terribly. We’ve been loyal customers since they first opened, but after witnessing this, we will never return. Mr. Cheng’s now has our business. Bullying a teenager is unacceptable!! Thank God for translators, because we heard exactly what was said. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

Food is always good, hot and fresh. The fried rice has flavor and general tso’s is decently spicy and not too sweet! The egg rolls are small but have good flavor. The site is easy to order on and the wait times are reasonable, mostly 10-15 minutes.

I ordered food for dinner for my family the chicken was slimy it was so bad we could not eat it and had to throw it away. I went in and told them I did not want anything that I just wanted to let them know my experience so it could be fixed so others don’t have the same issue the lady at the front just kept arguing with me saying that no one else has complained.

This was my first time there. They were busy. When I got to the counter to pay my bill she got a call. She was taking orders. She was very good at making sure she got the orders correct. The problem was they needed someone to help. I waited while she answered call after call. A total of 6 calls later. When i got andmpaid for my food there was 7 people in line behind me and 2 others sitting at tables waiting on there food.. By the time I got home our food was cold.The lady at the register was very nice as busy as they were. We will be back.

Partially my fault for not reading Pheonix and Dragon had a “white sauce” instead of spicy sauce and the chicken was boiled instead of tempura batter like every other one I’ve had anywhere else. It was slimy, and the texture was appalling. It was absolutely disgusting, and my dog didn’t even eat it.
Edit: Also, the fried rice just has onion in it, not egg, like you would normally expect. It’s very meh.

I went here for the first time and I won’t go back. Ordered General Tso’s Chicken with fried rice. The rice was just in a beef Broth with a few pieces of onion in it. No scrambled eggs or vegetables and I never know of it be brown. The sauce on the chicken was all clumpy.

I used to carry out often, but food quality went downhill within the last year, so haven’t gone much but decided to give it a try. Ordered Mongolian beef-the beef was chewy and dry and they put some oil saturated dried noodles under the meat, which they never used to do. No doubt padding underneath allows for less meat! I called to complain, they said they would remake the dishes, but I am a half hour away and declined to return. I will not be giving it another try.
