We recently moved right near this location so we thought we’d give it a try this morning for some bagels. Two guys behind the counter moving slow as molasses. We ordered two bagels with cream cheese to go and it took quite a while. I don’t mind waiting for food but this was ridiculous. The two guys there look like they quite literally just woke up. They were slow confused and had zero sense of urgency. We got our bagels and drove across the street back home. Opened up my son’s bagel which was a sorry excuse. It’s not like we asked for light cream cheese or anything. Just two guys who don’t care about making food that people are paying for. Super disappointing

My goodness this bagel shop has been my go to food spot for 6 years!!!!! Now, I sadly will say I’ll never return. I’ve enjoyed the past staff especially for the last year now, Well this business is under new management. I wasn’t treated as a loyal customer by the general manager Clint. He was rude, self entitled, and apartments two faced. I accepted the rude bite and would have left without bad emotion. While, I was waiting in my food I experienced the “GM” verbally abuse a staff member, after he walked away the gm proceeded to talk crap about that poor boy. Enough said be cautious at this location.

Maybe I came at a slower time. It’s 8am and there are probably 5 people in front of me. The young woman working the front is amazing. Super friendly. The line is moving fast as the man who is preparing the food is very efficient. My breakfast was super yummy. The egg was not runny or dry. The bagel was crispy where it should be and chewy where it should be. If I’m down in this area again I’ll definitely stop in.

Ordered ahead of time to make things easier, store felt very hectic and my entire order was not at the pickup counter. Ordered two of the build your own bakers dozen with 5 total different flavors and returned to find that they only gave us 2 types. How hard can it be to read the order? Instead of having a wide variety for my staff they only had two options.

This location has been on the up recently. All new staff it looks like and we have had very friendly and fast service. This spot was a little rocky for a while but the last few months we have been going back more and more.

The staff is very friendly but compared to other locations, this one is not very clean. Lately when I get coffee, I usually have to bring it home and strain it because it’s full of grounds at the bottom. Please work on cleaning your filters. I wish I could get a refund.

Whoever is responsible for baking the bagles does not seem to have the same level of quality expectations as most other locations. I have been there 3 times and several of the bagels appear raw and not topped appropriately. Here is a photo of the same sandwich fro. This location vs a different one. When. I mentioned it to them the employee just said “It’s not raw I can cut one to show you.”

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Poor quality food, poor service, poor value.
Decided to give this business another try after my super devastating experience at another location late winter this year. Ordered a BLT bagel substituting cream cheese instead of Mayo. After ordering my food, I recognized that I had a free coffee in my EB app and asked the counter person if I could redeem with my sandwich purchase. She told me that I could not and that the free coffee offer is only if I place an online app order. So, I clarified her statement and said, “so if I go outside and redeem my free coffee on the app, I can come in and get with my sandwich”? Her response was a blunt “yes”. I was not amused by that request and decided to skip the coffee. I received the sandwich and started down the road to work. Unfortunately, to my again surprise, the three pieces of Romaine that substituted lettuce was brown and wilted, the tomatoes were unripe and bitter. Needless to say, my investment ended up becoming trash because I could not returned the sandwich and make it to work on time. Very disappointing again Einstein Bagels. When will you figure out customer service and food quality consistency?!!

Two Saturdays in a row we have had a long wait for service. This past Saturday, we waited 45 minutes for 1 bagel! They mentioned they were behind, but a 45 minute wait is ridiculous! They never seem to have enough workers on weekends.

Food is absolutely amazing. And everybody here is very nice to me. Atmosphere is great too, although it could use a little cleaning. All in all, an absolutely fantastic experience!
