This location is mind-numbing ridiculous. No more.

The ice machine has had no ice for the last 3 months. So you cannot order fountain drinks.

The staff is SUPER rude. The Latin woman with thick black framed glasses refuses to speak English. She messed up two people’s orders because she couldn’t understand them. She messed up my order because she’s not listening.

It’s too much to deal with on a break.

The Older Man who Closed October 4th around 8:50. he was the most unconsidered human being i’ve met. i Kindly asked for my Tomatoes to be cut in Half to properly eat with my sandwich. he Looked at me and LAUGHED? . saying “we don’t do that” um weird? how you can’t do the smallest thing for a customer liking in their food. really stupid. then when i said salt, pepper and Oil, he continues to pick up the wrong Stuff. and as i repeated myself a little louder for him to hear since he didn’t pay attention the first time. and he got hostile and said “okay okay relax relax.” i dead stared at him like ho is you cool? ….yeah worse customer service ever. the younger man who works there would’ve done what i wanted cause he’s a gentleman.

The staff is EXTREMELY rude, both ladies working provide horrible service, they have a mad face looking miserable to be there. I have been to other subways and had much nicer experience. Definitely do not recommend to go there!!!

Great food, fast and very affordable. Veggies were not so fresh as they used to be, however, the sandwich was good. I ordered it using UberEat and they prepared the order very fast, on top of it they sent a cookie, which was delicious..

Location never has proper bread ready just white and wheat always. I work in the area so I eat there regularly and there is always a problem. Today I was over charged for food and the cashier was confused as to why I wanted to be refunded for $2. Always get a receipt at this location. Just bad business. It always something!!!

Paula and Adrianna are the friendliest workers I’ve ever met. I come back each time even though I have a closer subway by my house. They just know how to make my sandwich amazing. Great experience over all.

I stopped by here back in May. The first thing we noticed was that the usual Subway options were lacking, e.g., they didn’t have cucumber and bell pepper, etc. A Hispanic girl was serving us, and she put the bread in the toaster oven and asked us to pay before she prepared the sandwich. She was doing this to get a tip: and options are 18, 22, and 25% 🙂 The tip is at my discretion, represents my happiness with the restaurant and service, and is never mandatory. There was no reason to leave a tip. When she noticed that I didn’t leave any tip, she got upset and started mumbling. While she proved unsuitable for customer service, I thought it was fair that she – not me – got upset, and I moved on with my sandwich.

Like some other people here, I too was short changed on the meat. I think this is done on purposed. Besides, an older woman there is racist and prejudiced. I visited this store and ordered two subs. There were two women and a young guy. Immediately, the oldest woman came giving me “the look” of being unwelcomed. I ordered from the guy and he seemed nervous. The older woman was leering over him. She refused my choice of cheese, after the guy asked me, and chose to throw it away rather than allowing my choice of cheese. I never had this issue before in my many orders before at different stores. She cut the nose to spite the face and lose money. Not a good business behavior due to prejudice and hate. This leering behavior continued throughout my order, as was her attitude towards me. This was very uncomfortable and threw me off to the point of distracting me from watching my order. I just wanted to get out of there. I guess that the guy was nervous because the woman was grooming him to act in such way. I got home and, as other people here, I was short in the number of meatballs as well as ripping me off completely of the pepperoni supposed to be included in one of my subs. Also, the meat of the other was lesser than usual. I left offended, cheated and having been prejudiced upon and left to never return. This woman needs to go, even if she might be the manager because how open her behavior was. This was a theft by ingredients, plain and simple. This is unacceptable behavior in this store. Racism, prejudice and hate has no place anywhere, besides the subpar service, specially from a Hispanic woman against other Hispanic people.

the service was extremely horrible. Super rude staff that do not speak english.There was a hair in my food and the store is extremely cold. The machine to pay does not work and we had to wait 10 min to pay. The cookies were really good though.

Me and my coworkers just order from this subway, and they forgot to put our meat on the sandwich two tuna without any tuna, the wrong bread, when we call to complaint no one answer the phone. What a disappointment! You guys don’t even read the orders.
