Good coffee place, bagels yummy but they really need to pay attention what the customer says. A few times I have been there and order and got the wrong smoothie or extra item I didn’t ordered. Overall great staff and good drinks

I hate to give this place a low rating because for the past 6 months I have been going religiously in the mornings on my way to work. Every now and then there is a long line but that is somewhat to be expected. This morning I got my coffee per usual drank about half on my commute (hr and a half). Get to work and set my coffee down ams noticed that after the ice had melted there was a roach in my coffee. I was disgusted and became violently ill, I just wanted to make other customers aware if they were planning on stopping in.

Love love love this place. My husband loves the coffee and I prefer the freezers with no coffee. The food is great too! The chicken salad is to die for, do not trust other ellianos location’s chicken salad I learned the hard way yesterday… the service here is also always wonderful!!

I love Ellianos dearly. Great coffee great food IF DONE RIGHT. Whoever is on shift right now needs to listen to basic instructions or maybe needs some training. Asked for a bagel EXTRA toasted. It is in fact not. Definitely did not go through twice, I have had this here before.
Another small mention if someone orders egg bites there should be hot sauce in the box, usually is.

If I could give negative stars I absolutely would we were visiting for the weekend out of town.our drinks were made incorrectly not up to par by corporate standards. They layered the sauce then the syrup then ice and Red Bull never once mix the drinks we spent almost $60 at this establishment when I called the manager on Monday morning I asked how they’re supposed to be mixing the drinks she said with a spoon so I went into detail as to how my drinks were made her next remark was OK I understand. I have never been to an Eliano’s that exhibited such poor workmanship, craftsmanship, and attitude by management!

I had a really disappointing experience with Brenda at Ellianos today. Brenda was very rude. I’m a regular customer, and I ordered a cookie dough freezer with caramel instead of chocolate chips, and a croissant with just cheese and strawberry jelly. I always like my drink thick by adding more ice (Kandance usually makes them perfectly). When I asked Brenda if she could make it a bit thicker, she responded with, “I mean I can,” and snatched the drink back. I watched her remake my drink with an attitude, adding more ice. When I got my drink, a man with a beard handed it to me with a smile and told me to have a nice day, instead of Brenda. Brenda knew she was wrong. I’ve been a loyal customer to the Bradford County Ellianos, and this is a terrible way to start the morning. Brenda needs to receives proper training on customer service skills and handling customers. If she treats other customers this way, it could be a downfall for Ellianos.

I’ve been to this location so many times and never had an issue until this past weekend. They made my coffee wrong, once I got it and realized how bad it tasted I pulled back around. The manager on duty told me I’d have to buy another drink…like what? Wasted my money. I tried to address this with their store on their social media page and the only response I got back was a thumbs up. Lmao so rude.

The person was nice but the coffee was a major let down. Their freezers basically just taste like coffee, even if it’s supposed to have flavoring. I’ve been 3 times hoping that I could modify it to be more to my taste but it just isn’t up to par. It’s expensive for being a let down every time.
