I go to this Dunkin’ often because I love the coffee. I avoid the donuts and pastries because I’m watching my weight, but the coffee is better than you-know-where down the street. Even when it’s super busy the employees are very courteous and friendly. They should teach customer service to people in retail everywhere.

Go here occasionally & never had issues. The employees I’ve interacted with at the drive thru have been very sweet. Idk what’s going on & why they’re closed, but I didn’t know that when I got there. There’s just barrels at the front & end of the drive thru. So we went to go inside. There was a padlock on the door handle. But people were sitting inside so I didn’t think they were closed inside. As soon as I opened the door the people sitting said they were closed. Nobody was rude or anything, I just think there should be a noticeable sign on the door and move the barrels at the actual drive thru speaker & windows with a closed sign. It was just confusing & not clear
