I really hope this truck stays around. Food was amazing and the owners were so nice! We needed this in Erie. The breakfast burritos were huge! What a great value for the price and flavor. We ordered chorizo and bacon burritos. I can’t wait to come back to try the tacos, quesadillas and corn.

Stopped by and got a Pastor quesadilla and a Birria quesadilla. They were absolutely awesome! Very generous size. I was only able to put down half of the quesadilla. The staff was super friendly and brought the food to the car. The food truck itself may have been the cleanest food truck I’ve ever seen. So glad to have this place so close by to our house in Colliers Hill. Hoping they stick around for the while.

100/10 Would recommend. OMG their food was absolutely amazing. I had the al pastor tacos, and I didn’t even need their salsa it was so flavorful and mouth watering. Their salsas are also delicious and just enhance the flavor and not overpower it. I’m drooling writing this review just thinking about how good those tacos were. I would recommend this to anyone going to Erie, worth the stop. Also the owners/workers were so so sweet!

Some of the best breakfast burritos around.
Super generous portions and tons of flavor. They add some kind of green chili to them that adds amazing flavor and they give you little salsas you can pour on the burritos and the red one is insanely good.
My favorite is the chorizo burrito but you can’t go wrong.
They are both super nice which makes the experience that much better.
I can’t wait to try their lunch menu, if its anything like the breakfast burritos it will be another flavor bomb.

You have to try this place out!! I had the pollo, chorizo, carnitas, and carne asada tacos and they were all incredible. The red and green sauces add such a nice fresh pop of flavor to the amazing meats. I can’t wait to try out the remainder of their menu.

Everything is amazing. The 4 taco plate is a great deal and you can’t go wrong with any of the options. The truck is so clean, inside and out. And the owners/employees are all wonderful.
