This is what we get for getting fast food for the family on a Saturday night. We will try the state line location next time and hope they do better over there.
My sister ordered our food on mobile, and it sent her a notification telling us that it’s ready after about 12 or so minutes, so my sister goes in to get it and was waiting near the pay counter, because that’s where you get your mobile order, and the manager had such a bad attitude, pretty much telling her that our food doesn’t exist, because she doesn’t see it on her computer, I guess she thought my sister was lying and was trying to get free food, but then my sister told her about the notification telling her that our food is ready, and so the rude manager looked at her computer again and said “Oh, it’s because you’re two minutes early.” in a very condescending tone.
No? We were NOT two minutes early, because your guys app told us that it was ready! Don’t try to put the blame on us!
And then the manager was all mad and turned to her co-workers and told them that my sister was early but let’s just make her food now. So they did.
Why was she so negative? My sister did NOTHING. Don’t take your terrible attitude out on someone else just because some other customer, person, or feeling made you mad.
Terrible service! Get a new manager who knows how to treat customers that didn’t do anything wrong.
There are no excuses for this behavior.
Stop taking it out on people that didn’t do anything to you.
That’s how you make everything worse for yourself.
