Ordered through Uber Eats. Huge mistake. Ordered a plate with rice and orange chicken. Only got the rice. Complete incompetence. The receipt on the box even says 1/2 white rice, 1/2 fried rice, 1/2 orange chicken, 1/2 orange chicken. I’m in complete awe here. How do you mess up that badly. Do better.

Its actually comical at this point how much veggies we get in our noodles. This is nothing compared to a few of the other times where it was ACTUAL containers of veggies with not even a bite’s worth of noodles. This picture represents not even all the veggies in ONE noodle container after specifically asking for them to avoid the veggies at all cost for our picky kids. We got legit whole butt ends of cabbages and questionable looking spots on a few of the pieces as well. I made this whole thing with my husband before he went to go pick it up and I said, “They give us more veggies than noodles, so check before driving away and ask them to not do that.” and this is still what we got.
This is what we get for getting fast food for the family on a Saturday night. We will try the state line location next time and hope they do better over there.

Food came out hot, fresh, and fast. The staff was upbeat and made sure my order was right. Orange Chicken was on point and the chow mein hit the spot. Definitely one of the better Panda experiences I’ve had in a while.

Driving cross country and I came in and stood at the front counter and got blank looks and no one came to help me to simply just take an order… after standing there for awhile and finally realizing no one was going to come over and help, I decided to walk out. Definitely a disappointment. This establishment could do so much better, to be honest. Communicate with customers, retrain your team to do better. I’ve been to multiple different locations that have provided way better service than what I witnessed at this establishment. Do not recommend.

The manager was a jerk.
My sister ordered our food on mobile, and it sent her a notification telling us that it’s ready after about 12 or so minutes, so my sister goes in to get it and was waiting near the pay counter, because that’s where you get your mobile order, and the manager had such a bad attitude, pretty much telling her that our food doesn’t exist, because she doesn’t see it on her computer, I guess she thought my sister was lying and was trying to get free food, but then my sister told her about the notification telling her that our food is ready, and so the rude manager looked at her computer again and said “Oh, it’s because you’re two minutes early.” in a very condescending tone.
No? We were NOT two minutes early, because your guys app told us that it was ready! Don’t try to put the blame on us!
And then the manager was all mad and turned to her co-workers and told them that my sister was early but let’s just make her food now. So they did.
Why was she so negative? My sister did NOTHING. Don’t take your terrible attitude out on someone else just because some other customer, person, or feeling made you mad.
Terrible service! Get a new manager who knows how to treat customers that didn’t do anything wrong.
There are no excuses for this behavior.
Stop taking it out on people that didn’t do anything to you.
That’s how you make everything worse for yourself.

Probably my favorite local Panda for the food, but some Pandas have a better drive through experience. These days, when I go to a Panda I try to walk in that way I can see which dishes are freshest!

Broccoli beef had literally only one piece of beef; huge chunk of broccoli including the core. Girl taking order at drive thru was irritated that I ordered fried rice because it would not be available for 6 minutes. Was trying to rush everyone through. I had to literally stop her and ask if I could add drinks to my order because she kept trying to give me a total after I ordered my items. Orange chicken and noodles were served cold. Not impressed. However, girl that brought my order to my car ( yes they made me pull over) was very sweet and polite.
