Shoutout to Tylon S. at Little Caesar’s! I went in on Friday after school and it was super busy, but he was so nice and patient. He repeated my order back to make sure it was right, and when I came back at the pickup time, my order was ready. He even remembered my name and my order, which was really cool. I’ve seen him there a few times now and he always has a great attitude and is super helpful. Definitely appreciate the great customer service!

had a very disappointing experience with Janae at Little Caesar’s. I was charged extra for dipping sauces, which was not a problem, but when I got home I realized I was given eight of the wrong flavor. On top of that, my pizza had the wrong toppings.
I drove back to the store to have it corrected, and Janae was completely nonchalant and unapologetic about the mistake. There was no sense of urgency or accountability. When I asked if there was any type of compensation for the inconvenience of having to drive back because of their error, she bluntly said no.
Customer service matters just as much as the food, and this experience was very disappointing. I hope management addresses both order accuracy and professionalism moving forward.

Despite ordering two regular pizzas, the preparation time was approximately 30 minutes, which is significantly longer than expected for a product advertised as “Hot-N-Ready” or for standard fast-food service. Honestly, I’ve never had a bad experience here with my food or the customer service. However, I have had issues with how long it has taken them to prepare and give me my order. Besides long waits, my food has always been fresh and correct. The cashiers I’ve encountered while ordering have always been nice and professional.

I know it’s just cheap pizza. But it’s not bad, the price is great. Its really fast. Sometimes walk in and right back out. They have several good ones. The deep deep dish is great. The 3 meat, the 5 meat, the extra most best pepperoni, they even have out a thin crust and a pretzel crust. This one also happens to be on the way home.

Never have the orders correct or ready when it’s time for pick up. Caught store employee leaving the store phone disconnected at least an hour. (made order online as last effort.) Myself and other patrons waiting over 30min for simple orders. Not sure if it’s the hiring of so many teenagers or staff who don’t care all around. If there was a negative 1 I’d give that rating instead. The only worker attempting to service customers was the cashier, the cook could be heard yelling from the back of the store.

I literally never write negative reviews, but this place is terrible. I live literally next door and will NEVER come back. The girl at the window is very sweet so nothing against her customer service but my food was not prepared how I requested. When I asked for it to be fixed, she said “we already did”…I tasted my food and literally felt like I was eating pizza dough. It was raw and uncooked so I asked for a refund, mind you the pizza was still full, I only took one bite. They told me I couldn’t get a refund but said they would remake it lol so I allowed them to remake it, waited another 10 minutes and it was still not right. So I asked again for what I paid for and she said “he did that”, at that point I just told them nevermind and keep the food and money because never should I have to go back and forth about an order that I paid EXTRA FOR custom items and then after it was raw you would think they would have sympathy and get it right but they didn’t care. Just took it back and said ok. I drove 15 mins down the road to Cedarhill location and it was 100% better. Never will give them my business here again

This is THE WORST freaking Little Ceasars place I have ever been to and had THE WORST Customer Service!! It’s the closest to my house and I have tried over and over to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they occasionally have bad days or crappy people working. It begins with the Manager to his horrible cashiers and I mean ALL OF THEM!!! They’re Pizza is horrible and they refuse to fix it!! It’s crazy and mind blowing how awful their service is!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I prefer the other one in Desoto off Polk!! IT’S THE BEAT OFF POLK IN DESOTO!!!

i’m writing this review on behalf of my mother who is the most respectful person that anyone has ever come across. every time she goes up to this location it is the worst customer service i have ever heard her explain, it makes you wonder how these people with attitudes even get these jobs while there are kinder people who are willing to make others feel welcome. the WHOLE part of working in fast food is being able to make your customers feel welcome and as if they belong, without that, who in their right mind is going to want to actually dine there or order from there..? there is this short young lady there who has treated my mom with complete and utter disrespect EVERYTIME we get food from there. today when my mom when to pick up our order, she had the most nonchalant attitude, anytime my mom asks for the most MINOR things, such as getting parmesan or a jalapeño cheese dip, she gets annoyed..? i personally work in fast food and never have i ever treated my customers with such disrespect. i always try and make our customers feel as welcome as they can in order to provide the best customer service. making someone feel as if they can’t even order here is gross. 0/10 experience.
