I am highly disappointed with the service here. I ordered a custom birthday cake online on a Monday for delivery on the upcoming Sunday. After days of trying to contact them (because their phone was disconnected) I finally got ahold of them on Wednesday. I spoke with a lady that told me that she unfortunately had cancel my order because they did not do custom cakes. She said that it will be refunded.
I then order a custom cake online from the dunwoody location. I picked it up on Saturday. The on Sunday the cake from Decatur was delivered. I called the Decatur store and, told them the date/time that I spoke with someone at their location and she tells me that her manager didn’t call anyone. I guess I made it all up and am now stuck with a regular extra cake that was supposed to be refunded. I feel very irritated by the entire interaction. I should have known not to order here based on the reviews.

The guy working behind the counter very in attentive , I asked for a ice cream in waffle bowl he even asked me for a size I don’t know why and he end up giving me in a waffle cone and has a audicity to tell me that I ordered cone .

I always love Corner Stone Ice Cream, but not at this location. I’m never coming back. It tasted like it had been sitting for a long time, and even the waffle bowl smelled like a cleaning product. I just wasted my money—two ice creams cost $19.50. It made me upset.

I don’t know why you had the bad habit of unlawfully lie and being discriminatory with the restroom. Here at plain sight says the restroom is out of other which is not, is clean and I used , there is nothing broken. Again, is unlawful to deny ppl in general the restroom and more even to customers because if the restroom is not working, by law you have to fix it ASAP. I can understand that some ppl doesn’t have proper higiene I had ice cream on other cold stone stores and never had this discriminatory use of the restroom. Here , Hindi ppl again. I’m sorry bad it looks you guys do that often and again is not ok . That means, even if a homeless need the restroom, you cannot refuse it by law and they do not even need to buy nothing. Let’s be kindness and humanity back on this world

There was this nice female worker that told me she was new and did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable. She was a hijabi just like myself and even almost had the same name as myself! She made my ice cream super tasty and pretty!! I loved her hospitality and customer service! She made me feel so welcomed and made sure to make my ice cream very presentable!! Will definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you Fatima !!!

My family and I love the ice cream that we had coming there after seeing Minions: The Rise of Gru at AMC North Dekalb 16 in Decatur. My favorite favor I chose is Oreo Cream it is the best I ever had than any other ice cream spot especially it’s my first time coming to Cold Stone and hoping to go to one again.

I am an avid Coldstone ice cream eater, and if you happen to be the same save a trip coming here. I’ve given them 3 chances including today and each time I have been met with decent customer service, but less than satisfactory ice cream. Also considering they hike the prices up higher than any other coldstone, I expect more! Please don’t come here.

the icecream was good dont get me wrong (then why am i making a review??) because of the rushy service. i felt like i was in the wrong by being in there. one of the main things for a successful business is how they treat their customers and i didn’t feel appreciated at this place where i spent my money 🙁 i love icecream

Weird vibes from the workers. They act snotty and last time I paid for extra ingredients that I did not get although my order was double the price. I will avoid this location and the microaggressions I’ve noticed during my past couple of visits. I have noticed that some of the businesses in this area have this issue when run by a certain demographic.
