I’m a man and got off the highway so my daughter could use the bathroom, of course I would purchase something not just use the restroom when my wife open the women’s bathroom I was completely appalled the base of the toilet doesn’t look like it’s been washed in weeks along with the floorboard and this is where their employees wash their hands. If this is the women’s room I can imagine the men’s, no thank you no purchases made. When management confirms they’ve improved I’ll consider revising the review.

I call the manager and told him for 30 dollars for chicken that we couldn’t eat it because it tasted like livers, we had to throw it away. He said oh well didn’t offer to make it right. Will never go back again. The manager acted like he didn’t care i should call the state to go in and inspect the food in the restaurant. I just herd that the oil is old that’s why it tastes like that it can make you sick

Ordered a bundle meal, the potato wedges were completely old and overdone, chicken was room temperature Old and crunchy, missing multiple other items from the bundle. Called and talked to a manager and promised to make it right if we came back we went back the next morning and they refused to fix it because we didn’t have any of the food to bring back, although that was not previously stated and still got all the crunchy food and had to have that remade as well

Service was extremely slow — over 40 minutes for a simple order. When I asked for a refund, I was told it couldn’t be done in-store, which was frustrating. I’ve always liked KFC, but this experience was disappointing. Please improve communication and refund options.

Went through the drive-through ordered your New deal seven pieces with two mashed potato sides and I ordered an extra coleslaw. When I get to the window, they take my money and she hands me my bag with supposedly everything that was ordered. I drive 15/20 minutes home take out dinner for my family and there is absolutely no mashed potatoes. How do you think someone would feel when we don’t receive what we pay for. So I called the Brookville location and the phone rings off the hook took me five tries to get someone to answer, then I was hung up on. I call back again, and answered by a manager named Erica And I said why just called there and someone hung up on me and she said oh yes that was me. It’s a new phone system. I’m new here and I’m trying to figure it out not an apology for hanging up. Then I proceed to tell her that I didn’t receive all my food that I ordered And all that she said was that she can give me two mashed potatoes next time I’m around town. No apologies no other discounts no credits. I consider this very very bad service by two people employed there.

I stopped to get a seven dollar fill up box with two pieces of chicken on Saturday, July 12, 2025. When I opened the box, I noticed that The chicken looked fantastic. The chicken was very crispy and tasty and I really enjoyed it. I did call the store and expressed my pleasure with the chicken.

Extremely disappointed with the chicken strips — they were so small you could practically see through them, tasted like they’d been sitting out all day, and were painfully dry. Honestly, they were barely edible.

Dirty. Not filthy, but dirty. Also, always hate stuff advertised that they don’t have. At least mark it as “out of stock,” or remove it from the menu board.
