Third time visiting this IHOP and it continues to deliver every time. This location is always clean, welcoming, and the customer service is consistently on point whenever we come in. The food never disappoints — we went with the country fried steak this time, and it hit the spot, especially paired with the new endless pancakes.
Big shoutout to Rebecca, who is always friendly, attentive, and provides top-tier customer service. It’s people like her that keep us coming back. If you’re looking for a reliable IHOP with great service and good food, this location is it.

usually IHOP’s are a hit or miss but we just moved down the street from here and decided to give it a try. they did not disappoint. food came out quickly and was pretty good. prices are good and service was good. will be coming back for sure.

My wife and I went to your location in the Frederickson Towne Center o February 28th.
We were immediately seated and were told that our server would be right with us. We were seated in the area in the front right just before you go down the restroom hallway. There were only 4 tables that had customers. My wife and I sat and waited 10 minutes to be recognized. There were 3 servers that walked past our table with no acknowledgement. Neither of them offered any sort of beverage nor addressed in any way shape or form. After waiting for 10 minutes my wife and I left. I can’t comment on your food because no one took took our order. As for the atmosphere, we were there at 7:30am with only 4 tables with customers. We went to McDonald’s for our breakfast. We will not be returning to your restaurant.

We don’t come here too often but never had any issues. The breakfast isn’t too bad.
I personally enjoyed the Banana Foster French Toast. I don’t feel like it really needed syrup because of how sweet it already was.

I am writing this review because we’ve had Maria as our server for about a month now, and she always makes our visits to IHOP special. My boyfriend and I are regulars, and our favorite order is the waffle with fresh strawberries, bananas, and whipped cream. Maria does a fantastic job every time—she is kind, welcoming, and always greets us with a smile.
The IHOP we go to is on Canyon Parkway, and Maria truly stands out for her hard work and wonderful personality. She is such a joy to be around and makes us feel at home. My boyfriend and I recently moved to the Tacoma area—me for school and him for the military—and after trying other IHOPs with less than great experiences, we can honestly say Maria has made this location our favorite.
She goes above and beyond, and we always ask for her. She absolutely deserves recognition—and even a raise—for the kindness and care she shows to every guest.

It’s was good always consist! But not this morning. I usually come once or twice a week. Got seated usually get coffee right away but nothing. Usually get my order taken right away but nothing. Asked the hostess if I could change seats because the waitresses maybe could not see me but still nothing. The waitresses were chatting at the Cash register area and not serving no one. There was only 2 other parties in the restaurant. After 5 minutes I got up and told the hostess and another waitress that I was leaving. No questions asked. Signed disappointed customer.
