I have never had any problems with any Jersey Mikes that I’ve been to until today. I ordered a number 26 and there wasn’t enough chicken to feed a bird on the sandwich. See the attached photo. Waste of $12 and I’m still hungry.

Ordered 2 subs tonight and the bread on both of them was rock hard. Unfortunately this has been the case every time I’ve ordered from here over the past 4-5 months. From now on I’ll be driving the extra 5 minutes to go to the location next to Walmart. Very disappointing.

I will start out by saying we tried this Jersey Mikes a couple of times after it was newly opened. We didn’t have a positive experience then ie…subs made wrong, tasteless, not enough meat, etc. It’s very convenient to our home so we decided to give it one more try today. I must say we were pleasantly surprised by the sub today. She (wish I had her name) was the only person working and our sandwich was just as ordered with just the right amount of everything on it! Hoping management continues to keep their eye on things and hire people who care to do things the right way such as our sub-maker today!! I recommend trying again if you’ve had similar experiences in the past:)

I have received amazing service here every time I’ve been to this establishment. Yes, the tuna sub I like to eat is a bit pricey but it keeps me full for 10 hours+. The associates are very welcoming. Everything looks super clean! The tuna taste fresh. The bread is slightly crisp, fluffy, and lite.The shop is a great place for a quick meal. I actually like this place better than most other restaurants in the area.

We placed an order online and all I can say is all wrong! I asked for no mayo in my sub in a tub and it was saturated in it. The other sub I ask for extra pickles and they added banana peppers, the bread was a rock and no mayo! I guess when Mikes way is whatever they feel like doing.

I ordered a hot sub, chicken /bacon/ranch. Ordered it with NO lettuce. Personally the taste and smell of hot lettuces makes me sick to my stomach. I get home and open my sandwich which was made in the back and not in front of me and it has no tomatoes and enough lettuce to make a family size salad. Needless to say I couldn’t eat it.
