Ordered Five pizzas for me and my family of nine. This what we got burnt! Poorly shaped poorly cut cold pizza! When I called the store and waited for 30 minutes to speak to someone, I was informed that I would have to drive the pizza all the way back to them so they could remake it. I told them I did not want it we made. I wanted a refund and then they simply told me no there are no refunds and this is an over cause I’m going to go in to talk to the manager on Friday. and I’ll be reporting the store to corporate. This is the second time this happened and it’s unacceptable. I should at least be able to get my money back when I’m dissatisfied with the product.

Hands down the worst Papa John’s I have ever ordered from. From the Manager to the delivery folks. The pizza is always cold on arrival. The manager NEVER answers the phone she just puts you on hold and eventually hangs up on you. Zero accountability and the drivers call you and deliver with an attitude. This was the last time I ever order from this location. Complete trash

This is the worse location in Miami. Not only that. I don’t know whats going on in the corporate office because I spoke to customer service twice ✌ and both times I was told I would recieve a call from upper management and both times I was ghosted. The moral and quality of Papa John’s has fallen terribly. I used to love Papa John’s over all other brands but this is tragic whats happening. Oh yeah, I almost forgot: I spent my hard earned money on pizza for my children and I was ok with it arriving a little late because it was the coldest night in 30 years in Miami but I actually NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING!!! NO PIZZA AND NO REFUND. So basically I was robbed by Papa John’s. It’s now been a month later with no progress or response from the suspect. (Crickets)

THIS WAS HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered online at 6 PM and did not receive my food until 8 PM, EIGHT OCLOCK. I had to constantly call over and over and I would get put on hold for 30mins, THEN when they finally answered the manager said oh Im sending the delivery driver now and then began to press the stages on the website to delivered, when my food had not been delivered yet. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND YOU NEED TO DO BETTER. ANSWER THE PHONE AND COMMUNICATE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS . DO BETTER!!

Place is just takeout, it’s probably better to just order in advance, we were in the area and dropped in which was not an ideal situation, atmosphere is non-existent felt very weird waiting there. The clerk didn’t ask for a name so a second clerk didn’t want to give us our pizza because the original one wrote some random name, also the paying was a pain as well.

I ordered a medium thin crust with pineapple. I got a normal one only half baked. With exactly 7 pieces of pineapple in the whole pizza . I called the manager. He was very rude and said I need to return the pizza to prove it was bad. We had to trow it out because it started already to smell. DONT GO There bad pizza bad service

Ordered 3 times takeout here. The negative reviews are not true. Every time my food was ready on time (in 20 mins). The food is correct as I ordered. The food quality is good as usual, fresh chunky doughs, plenty of cheese and fresh toppings. The chicken wings are hot and in normal size plenty of meat( not like the “mini” size those sold in some other fast food places). I’d definitely order again.
