We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Katherine’s Chateau. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the exceptional staff and transported to a whimsical escape by the beautiful decor, carefully curated boutique, and cheeky dog-themed bar. May 15th, 2025 my Oldest sister turned 75th and I arranged to celebrated her birthday with High Tea at Katherine’s where my two daughters were going to be there waiting for us and to surprise their Aunt.
It was a lovely day and she was delighted and so surprised. The food was out of this world, delicious. It was truly a special day for all of us that we were going to hold in our hearts and mines forever.
A week later my sister passed away. She had a stroke 2 years prior and had been having continued difficulties leading up to her passing. …Moving ahead (Dec 2025) I made a phone call to Katherine’s with what I thought to be an unusual request. After speaking with Frank and a few texts later between he and I and he with Katherine for approval he was able to come through with my request. Frank you went over and above.
My daughters are going to be elated once I give them their surprise for Christmas in remembrance of their Aunt.
Katherine and Frank, I honestly cannot thank you enough. You have made my Christmas as well a my daughters.

Always absolutely amazing – a truly elevated experience! The food is both delicious and filling, but doesn’t make you feel heavy like most restaurants. The staff are the most friendly and attentive I’ve ever seen. They take your coats, and they have a cute little purse chair. And the lovely owner, Katherine, said that she designed the restaurant so that it feels like home – which it does. I’ve been here 3 times, and will certainly keep coming back!

Everything, including the service and the decor, was impressive. I went back within a month for their lovely candle creations and charcuterie platter. It’s an ideal place for capturing photos and relaxing while chatting with friends. They offer a fantastic selection of wines and tastings; overall, it was a delightful experience. I would recommend it to friends and family for any event in Collingwood or Blue Mountain.
