Ordered a 3 pc. Chicken Big Box and a 4 pc. Honey BBQ Tender Combo. 4 people working, minimum. Maybe 5. All milling around. Nobody was in the restaurant when I arrived save for one group waiting on their order. During that time frame 3 to 4 customers were served in the drive-thru, 1 party in the lobby (a couple who walked in after me). I received my food 40 minutes later. Oh wait—no I didn’t. Just to be sure I checked to make sure everything was there when I walked out to my car with bag in hand. Guess what? Half of the order was missing. Seriously? What did I get for my troubles? A lackluster meal and a half-hearted ‘sorry’. And what’s the kicker? According to the KFC app, my order was supposedly completed before I even walked in the door. Horrible management here, clearly.

Incredibly slow! A literal empty restaurant inside and maybe a couple cars in the drive thru. But it took 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. And of course they said someone will help you shortly. Nope. Can’t take the chance of dying of old age waiting for food.

I order family meals and spend 40-50$ a trip. Thee worst KFC I have ever been to. Thee worst employees/management. Complete incompetence. Repeatedly put the wrong chicken and try to lie about it when confronted. I have tried to be understanding with the disrespectful service in the past but enough is enough. I hope this terrible post reaches the right people and they take the steps necessary. I will never step foot in this place again. I wish the owners good luck.

So I go through the driveway thru no one else is inside or in the drive through. They ask me to park to wait for my 8 piece bucket…I wait 20 mins for them to put 8 already cooked pieces of chicken in a bucket?! My 1 year old is screaming i go inside and he say oh they are making your order …..dude I worked at kfc i would the buckets packed up and Mac and cheese and potatoes before people would even make it to the window…they are just talking and hanging out back there…i dont know if maybe big boss wasn’t there this time but the chicken was breading I got extra crispy wasn’t even the same color as it usually is and was soggy I litterally didnt eat the chicken I threw it away I ate the potatoes and Mac and cheese cause the damn biscuits were hard just bad here guys go to a different location

We placed an order on Saturday 10/09/21 around 1:30pm. When the cashier took the order (I believe it was Leopold), he was very friendly and answered all the questions we had concerning the side orders on the number 7 meal. Leopold confirm that it comes with 2 sides and the french fries. We specified that one of the chicken sandwich don’t put any pickle on it. When Leopold was done, the printer for the receipt was OFF, so I turn it on and heard it printing, but nothing came out, so I guessed the paper was jammed. Anyway, we didn’t get a receipt.
There was a young girl working on the station side close to the front. I see the manager walking from the other side of the station with the two boxes and starts talking to the young girl. We were talking so we didn’t see when the young girl put everything inside a bag and gave it to us. We grabbed the drinks and left the location. When we arrived home, both of the chicken sandwich had pickles (I took them out, but I dislike the taste it leaves on the sandwich) and each box was missing the mash potatoes. I could not find a telephone number online and we didn’t have a receipt. I found corporate number and of course is closed, its weekend.
So today is Wednesday 10/13/21 and I decided to go in and talk to the manager. I had taken pictures so when I talked to her I showed her the pics. The manager quickly apologized. I told her there is no number to call the store to let you know on the same day what was missing. How come a new store is doing so horrible when it comes to messing up the orders? I told her Google reviews are bad, and you guys just opened not too long ago.
The manager went ahead and gave me the whole meal for free and apologized again for what happened. That is customer service,

I wish there was a 0 star option for service. I asked for a combo for the Matty bowl and they gave us only the drink. We had to wait even longer for this nonsense. Also the biscuits taste like straight chemicals

It was 8.50 when I ordered my meal, I ordered online the “Fill Up Box”. The food was 30 minutes late coming out and to my surprise when I opened my food it contained 0 biscuits, and the smallest chicken drum and wing I have ever seen and it also tasted and smelled like it had sat out for hours. Meanwhile the worker in the window was literally eating the chicken that could have gone in my box.
Awful experience literally getting scammed never going to this location again and wouldn’t recommend anyone go here.

Don’t waste your time here, service is slow, no one knows what’s going on, made an online order and wasn’t even ready even though the app said it was. Arrived to pick up the food, had to wait an additional 30 minutes, and the manager couldn’t refund my money cause it was done online.
By far the worst service in this area. If you want chicken, go next door to Popeyes.

The food is good and the service just awful. I’ve seen people standing waiting to be attended by a cashier for more than 16 minutes and just being ignored. They never have fried chicken. You want a family meal? Be prepared to wait for 40+ minutes without having any input from the staff. The restaurant looks very nice and clean but staff is trash.

Spanish lady manager in red shirt always mad and never wants to help, how about adding straws napkins condiments and receipt when a customer ask for it instead of huffing and puffing, and if I have to wait 8 to 10 minutes for chicken wings, how about giving me fresh french fries as well?
