We have been wanting to try Carson’s Pizza for a while now. This past weekend we finally got the chance. Honestly, I don’t know why we waited so long. The pizza was great, we tried a Chicago deep dish and a regular style pizza, both were amazing. The toppings on both were fresh and plentiful, as was the cheese. The sauce was great, well seasoned and a good amount. The crust was very good, even throughout the pizza and had a great taste, texture and consistency. The prices were reasonable compared to other similar pizza places in the area. The service was great and both pizzas came out on time. We were skeptical at first as there were mixed reviews, but just goes to show you can’t believe everything you read on the internet. Definitely will be back in the future and I would definitely recommend you try out Carson’s pizza on your next pizza adventure.

Update: I still have not gone back but they suggested I contact them via email. Even after I tried to discuss my issues twice the day of the order. It’s good to see that businesses only care about seeing negative reviews effect them rather than fix the issue when it arises.

After being referred to Carson’s for how good their deep dish is and pizza in general, I can say I won’t order again. The two ordering systems they use (besides phone) are horrendous and the staff blamed that for my order being incorrect.
Ordering ahead to make sure the food was hot and ready for a night shift of 9 people eating at work, planning to pickup between 6:45-6:55pm (which the confirmation text and emails said it would be ready at) only to get a confirmation at 6:23pm it was ready. 20 minutes ahead of time without notice. Needless to say, the food was cold when it was brought to work for our dinner.
Besides that, the 4lbs of wings (that came without sauce because of an ordering issue) were the lightest 4lbs of wings I’ve ever seen.
Their deep dish pizza has almost zero cheese, the biggest and most expensive part of deep dish pizzas, making it overpriced and just sauce mostly.
Spending $180 on the food pictured was just upsetting. Ordering ahead of time to make sure it was hot and ready and having my pickup time changed much further ahead.
Not one of the 9 people that ate the food that night said they would order there, which is very upsetting as they came highly recommended.

Pizza and wings were tasty. Wings were nice ! Order must have been ready before time told. it was kept in warming area and when I got it home it was luke warm. 4 minute drive with car, placed on heated car seat. Next time will order in person and pick up at same time

Tried their deep dish pizza on Friday night. While yes these pizzas are pricey, they are phenomenal!! If you’re looking for authentic Chicago style deep dish pizza, this is it!! The 10 inch pizza feels like it weighs 10lbs!!! Surprisingly thin crust with an immense amount of “toppings”. I added pepperoni and sliced meatballs. The pepperoni was like 6 or 7 layers deep covering the entire bottom of the pizza. Tons of cheese and basically full meatballs!!! I ate 2 slices and couldn’t get of the couch!! So good!!

Oh boy did I make a mistake. I ordered from here based on a photo off of Uber eats. Im a sucker for a buffalo chicken wrap!
Well I was surely disappointed with my delivery from this restaurant, not from the delivery service.
I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with fries and a small pizza with pepperoni and olives. The fries are so greasy, cold, limp and undercooked. The wrap is soggy, tastes like Caesar instead of ranch, chicken breading is soggy and not from the buffalo sauce, the bacon is so chewy I question if it was even cooked. Thankfully I got a small pizza for dinner, because that ended up being lunch. It wasn’t great either, was pretty salty – not from the olives either (I’m Greek salty olives is the norm).
I might order here again to see if this was a one off… but will stick with pizza only… maybe try the wings.
Just disappointing for $35 ish worth of food – not including tip and service fees for delivery! Paid nearly $50 and half the meal is in the trash.

So disappointed. We ordered tonight because our kids have it at school and they asked for it. The pizza was thin as cardboard and tasted as such. The wings barely had any sauce on them and so were dried out that they were too tough to eat. The fries were even overcooked.

First time order and it was 10/10. The guys working earned a repeat customer for sure. The kids ate like champs and finished every last bite. Fries were cooked perfectly, seasoned well and hot! Pizzas were better than expected. This place is literally a treasure in the country.

I am traveling and I wanted to experience good deep dish pizza. Specifically asked if the pizza was deep dish style and was told yes. The owner who I ordered with on the phone told me yes they are deep dish but did not tell me what I ordered was not deep dish. So I drove extra distance and had such high hopes to be given regular run of the mill average pizzas. Had I had known it would have been better to get dominos. Also a little disappointed in the wings, ive eaten alot of wings from alot of places and I am not impressed. Hate to say it cause I love food and love supporting good businesses however I dont know that I would recommend this place as it was not great to me. Im sure had I been able to order and received proper information it might have been better but I was failed. Anyways best of luck to this place in the future, I hope they are able to figure it out so that even people that are not from here can actually enjoy and get what they want
